      You can do what ever you want. Just make sure you get a good warm up before you do.

      • I do a minimum of 15 minutes warm up. I use a gel pack that is microwavable for heat. It is designed for use on the neck and has a weird contour to it, but it is perfect for covering the entire groin area.

        As for the order of jelqs versus stretches, I have tried both ways. The first session I did the stretches first then the jelqs. Second session I did jelqs first then the stretches. I feel I had a better workout doing the jelqs first, and that is the order that Babbis wrote it the routine. Try both ways and see which one works best for you. Either way I cannot stress enough the importance of a good warm up.

            Figured I would drop by and say hi! How are everyone doing? Did anyone test the routine? Did you gain? How much?

            I have been focusing on other areas of life the last couple of years and am currently easing back into PE.

              How do u do those?

              Also after six workouts can u still do the extra streches even if gains don't slow down.

                  Grip below the glans, stretch your penis straight up, keep the tension and move your hand in a slow circle one way untill you have completed the circle.

                  Not sure I understand the last part of your post. If you gain I suggest you keep doing exactly what you are doing, if you do not gain, try something else.

I highly advise stickying this thread to keep it from being lost. In other words it'll provide a much easier source of access for an alternative to JonPop's 90 Day routine.
