What if I've done PE before but it's been months? And is it 150 jelqs per hand?

A routine for the beginners to start growing!

In remek's book this is dubbed the least work/ max gain routine (if I remember it well), and it was a little different from what was described:
10 min warm-up
5 min basic stretching
7 min jelquing (150 reps)
Kegels + JAI during the day
I tried it (it lasts 18 days, 6 workouts) and saw no gains from it, so i didn't progress to the cemeting week. Instead, I went straight for the begginer routine.
I'm no expert, but I think that, if you have the time, you're better off trying a longer, more intense routine.Initial Penis size (01/01/2013):
BPEL: 5,5 inches
EG: 5,5 inches
Goal:
BPEL: 7 inches
EG: No more than 5,7 inches

Sup, im wondering what would be best, this or the JP 90 days routine? Cause there you do a total of 300 jelqs and 90 v jelqs and stretching. before jp's routine i worked my way up to 160 jelqs, and ive been doin jp's for 2-3 weeks total in 2 months (house is always crowded)... So this would be less than what i normally do, would i still gain from this? And 0.5+ cm in 18 days? While doing theese others things i havent even gains 0.1 cm (i think) will this help?

After 6 workouts, if the gains have slowed down dramatically, do some light manual stretches every evening before you go to bed for a week; 30sec holds SO, L, R, SD, SU and 5 rotary stretches to the left and 5 to the right. Warm wrap for 5-10 min before you do these.
Didn't really find explanations for the abbreviations SO, L, R, SD, SU - Do they mean Stretch out, Left, Right, Stretch down, Stretch up?Starting Stats (08-26-2014):

Im Newb to PE (as you can see from my name), I have only about a month of PE training which was practicaly just a testing month to learn to jelq correctly and such.
Seeing that this routine has little work to do. Im going to give this a shot. But I am going to make a few adjustments to make it more suitable for my unit.
1. 1 day on and 1 day off (instead of 2 offs)
2. Dry Jelqs instead of Wet Jelqs.
3. The routine will be from 3/11/2013 - 12/1/2013 (More than 18 days)
4. Will Edge for 15 minutes on "off" days. (No ejaculating on ALL sessions except for the last one)
5. Doing the routine in the morning on days, and edging at night time off days.

I am a beginner, started 4 days ago with the following exercises..
7-10 min Warm up (Hot Towel)
40 Secs stretch, L R SO SD
20 reps of Rotatory movements (Clock)
2 sets of 25 Wet Jelqs

May seem silly to PEverterans, but what does the stretching after the 6 workouts do? What does this help to do it after six workouts for a week? I am not criticising I am just curious.
In addition: My warm up lacks of time. Mostly its two minutes under a warm shower. I don't have injuries, but does this lower the pace of growth?Starting Stats (08-26-2014):

So looking around, this routine seems to have the closest results between subjects, even though so many people have had great results I am still hesitant to start a jelq routine given some of the adverse sides, albeit a minority, may get. That is scarring and actual shortening of the penis. Being pretty much exactly 5x5' bone pressed (4.75 non) it does give me hope of reaching the high 5inches, maybe even 6 with a good quality extender and a basic, effective routine like this.
The only trouble I seem to have is just for some reason..way too much foreskin, I find it difficult to do the jelqing action as my base to pubic area ligament thing feels short, so that a tug forward pulls a lot of my pubic fat/pouch forward as well, given it seems so tightly attached to my penis. I have to hold the fat/base down to actually do the jelq movement effectively...BPFSL: 5.5inches
BPEL: 5.1inches (100% erection)
NBPEL: 4.6inches
EG: 5inches
Goal in the next year or two: 6x6 or possibly more :)

I have difficulties at maintaining the erection, its still flacid but bigger, is that ok for the jelq?
