I basically force it out now for the whole duration of the time while urinating and it seems to produce an immediate, albeit short lived drop in inflammation but I'm hoping it will have a cumulative benefit over time. Just going to toilet without forcing it helps as well for some reason but I just use the occasion to deliberately stretch the pelvic floor.
I'm not sure about abdominal exercises. In theory they shouldn't be a problem but in practice when you are digging deep it's easy to grip those PC muscles tightly and it may not be helpful. Think more in terms of gentle yoga and frankly I find a long walk is brilliant. We are really coming back though to point that we don't actually know yet whether or not you have Peyronies. In the meanwhile avoid anything that could cause damage.
I have suffered with more or less constant hard flaccid until recently and it seemed to stop not long after I started the stretching exercises. Avoid sitting down too much because they seems to drive inflammation and hard flaccid.
