I wanna thank everyone for the prayers. Friends here are friends for life. I'd especially like to thank the friends that PMd me.

Next week my little girlie sees the newly appointed head of the Osteopathic association chairman of America. She's in good hands. Just one problem. Our insurance won't pay for it. Or the next micro cancer surgeon. I would like to thank Obama for bankrupting my family. My little girlie WILL get the best. Period.

Here's something I never expected. The two specialists my daughter was to have seen Monday, canceled because they don't accept our insurance. Fuck them, even though we offered to pay cash. At least give us a referral, Jesus. WTFuck!

This is just not acceptable! I am so sorry Party. I know what it's like to get jerked around. Especially when you know the clock is ticking and you want to get the situation handled.

I would take it farther up the ladder at the hospital. I would make it a point to let someone know just how screwed up this is.

I'm so sorry to hear that Party.

It's hard for me to get my head round the whole insurance thing. I know another member didn't get the follow up support because it wasn't in his insurance after treatment.

I don't know how they can do it? Where's there medical ethics to do what's best for the patient. Money and insurance shouldn't come into it.

Are there any charity hospitals near you? How about Cancer Treatment Centers of America? They do some cutting-edge treatments I've heard.

I've no doubt that you'll have this resolved shortly.

Seems weird they won't even take cash now?

I'm telling every one here, our insurance in the US was far better before ACA was passed.

It's soo bad that I up and canceled early this year. And I had what was termed a Cadillac plan as that's what I wanted.

Still, my best of wishes out to you and yours but like I said, there is no doubt in my mind that this will get resolved.

A bit of good news, your prayers must be working, please keep it up. My sister bypassed the hospital and emailed the Docs involved, they answered her directly. They found it hard to believe her appointments could be canceled and said to keep them. So at 6 pm last night we got the word that it was a go. Six hours later, at 1 am this morning my wife and my little girlie arrived in St Louis safely. Had one Appt. Already, the nerve surgeon, she won't be able to tell the extent of the cancer until she opens her arm up. She also said not to stress about the insurance, happens a lot these days. Thanks Sis and thank you all for your support and prayers. Hopefully, there will be a cancer free Party soon.
