    I'll tell you personally. It works for me!!! with just my bare hands, just follow the beginner routine and why doing it acquire some knowledge and apply it to you. Good luck

    • Woops just read the first pm and saw the link to this thread, but as my other thread asking for advice.

      Here's my introduction to the site and forum.

      Stumbled upon PE after stumbling upon it last year because of interest but back then i was not dedicated nor motivated but would like to have a start and see if PE can benefit me like it does to everyone.

      I am looking to increase length abit for abit more confidence although my gf says that i should not worry about stuff like that to hit confidence.

      I will be under the care of PEGym =)

      • hello everyone, I'm new here and don't know or not to believe it but I've been practicing it for 3 months now and sex is better and my girth is a little better so hopefully evrything else works too. startin 6.75L x 4.5G

          • hi i am new to all this,i actually stumbled across this web site,when i was looking up "the bc muscle"and reverse kegals,and as soon as i started reading about PE,and read some threads it really got me excited,and made me realise that this was possible,i started my first sesion last wednesday and i did another on sunday,thats all i am going to do for the first month,because a lot of people seem to say less is more,i will also stretch a little once a day,my routine is 10 min walm up with rice sock,6-8min stretch 10 mins wet jelq and 5 mins v jelq,and i think i might start doing some balloning,because i read an intresting thread earlyer.anyway i am glad i have joined your forum,you seem to have the best community of people here. STARTING 5.75L- 4.75G

            • Welcome, that sounds like a good routine, very similar to mine and the beginner routine from this site. You can do it a little more often if you'd like, you can start off slow, but can definitely handle more than 2 days a week.

                I posted the following in the "Progress Log" forum when I really should have posted it here. (My apologies.)
                Anyway...

                I had performed PE some years ago, but my sessions became very erratic after a while due to moving, travel, etc. I recently got back into it diligently and I'm really psyched that I did.

                I started up again last week and measured a BPEL of 6.38. The start of this week was a BPEL of 6.56. My goal of 6.75 by August 31 is certainly attainable.

                I've been doing a 3 on/1 off so far. Sessions have included a 10+ minute warm up (which I had typically neglected in the past) and approximately 10 minutes of stretching and jelqing each.

                I'm thrilled I found this site. It'll definitely keep me motivated.

                    I've seen the ads on TV but never believed that drugs was the way to get bigger. Found this site on google and it is looking promising.

                    I am not looking to become enourmous, just a little longer. At 5 1/2" length and 6" girth I am short and fat. Looking forward to some results so I don't look so much like a button on a fur coat in the shower.

                      • hey guyss.. So, I always thought this really was a little bit of BS, but apparently ppl are making considerable gains. I used to do things like light jelqing and stretching on my own, but not a set routine... starting on the beginner routine!... here goes nuttin. btw, how long should u advance to somthing more than the start routine?

                        • Welcome to the forum, Doodles. That's a tough question to answer. So long as you are seeing gains of some kind, you want to stick with the beginner's routine. In any case, I wouldn't move beyond that for at least three months.

                              I'm karlhungus12. I'm not 12" in length nor do I wish to be, it's just the username I've been stuck with for years.

                              Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading up PE technique and trying it out in the coming weeks. I'm currently averaged sized and would like to be above average but not huge. At the least I think I'll improve my erection quality and hopefully gain stamina to be an effective lover.

                              Hope to have some good interactions with you guys!
