  • New member and injury advice.

    Hello pegym. I've been lurking on this site for four months now. I completed a three month newbie routine with warm up, stretches, jelqs, kegals, and edging. Also I read the posts every day. So far I have received all of the newbie benefits (larger flacid, better EQ, better performance in bed etc.) except for erect gains. But I am patient. My injury is one that I haven't read about in the posts. I don't know if the injury was caused by PE, but it surely is aggravated by PE excercises. The pain is not in the penis but rather alongside of it. It feels like a pulled muscle or strained ligament. The pain runs in a line from my waistline on the right side of the penis through my right testicle, although it doesnt all hurt at the same time. Sometimes the testicle hurts and sometimes the pain is higher. It is a dull ache that is constantly reaggravated. I can't do PE, and I can't excercise without it flaring up. I am about to make a doctors appt., but I thought I woud get imput from you guys first. My fourth month of PE has been a waste of time. Any advice? This forum has been a godsend for me. I am healthier now than I've been in a long time. Thanks to all.

      Welcome, Timber. Sorry to hear about your problem, but glad to know that you've had some good experience and benefits along the way. My three months (up in two weeks) sound a lot like yours - great improvements in flaccid (and girth), EQ and sexual performance. Enough about me, let me comment on your problem.

      I don't know anatomy well enough to be sure about what is causing your pain (I think Remek or Big Al might) but it sounds like inflammation of a facia that connects tissues along the pathway wehre you are experiencing pain. If you've ever had tendonitis in your wrist or shoulder, you know how long it takes to quell that inflammation. I'd suggest taking an NSAID (anti-inflammatory) regularly when you experience the pain and lay off the PE for a few weeks - or longer. When you return, start slowly to recondition your tissues - don't start where you left off! Good luck! I wish you a speedy recovery. And you probably should see your doctor, if for no other reason than to put your mind at ease.

          • Hey how ya doin guys. I started a light pe routine about 3 weeks ago and am gonna move on to jonpop's beginners routine. a few days ago after my workout i took a measurement and had already gained about a 1/4 of an inch but that didn't last, i went back to normal the next day. but i think it was a good sign but i'm not really sure, so comments would be appreciated. thanks guys!

            • Welcome to the forum.................that gain was a good sign. Losing it was not. whatever you did to gain it , you must've stopped or did inconsistently. Do follow JP's Routine as it has done wonders for me. Here's wishing you good "LASTING" Gains!!

                Hi, first time posting. Found site on google. Have read a lot and believe there has to be something to the concept. Now I will find out for myself, with help from others! (Don't have exact measure yet. I'm reviewing the methods to get it right. However, I'm approx average length, & below avg girth. Age 55. No real problems. Just would like to improve myself.)

                    • Jonpop's beginner routine is located in the first couple of posts in the beginners section. I am relatively new myself, so I can't guarantee gains. But I will guarantee that if you spend the time to read posts and follow the advice you will become sexually healthier. And you will also find that your overall health will improve also. If you treat penis health as a lifestyle change, you will win. And you will be satisfied.

                          • well ive just started my pe exersizes last week for the very first time. i havent measure very good. cant keep it full hard to get the best measurement. but im 5.5 length and 4.5 girth. ive already see myself as thicker on soft and the wife can tell im alittle thicker too. i was please to see some improvements so fast. i dont think ive gained any length. i do 6min warm ups and 4 to 6min streches in all directions. fixing to hand some weights and see how that works. i read alot on here and i want to try to gain length as fast as i can. i do 300 jelq everyday so far im very tender so i read people take some days off. so now i plan to take some days off too thankyou all for writing on here. i needed some inspiriation. i hate myself cuz i feel im just not enough and im not asking to be hung but my wish goal is 8 and i would still love to 7.5 my minmum is 6.5 i hope this gives you and idea what im looking to get out of all this
