Hello, I'm planning on taking this journey into PE in making ol' Pete a worthy mate in sailing the high seas one day. It's not that I don't want any action, but I'm choosing to wait for "religious" reasons. I'm just not as content with where he stands right now (about 6.5 in. length and 5.0 girth erect) and I just want to feel like when the time comes, I (as well as Pete) will be ready. If the time doesn't come, well it would still be cool to walk around naked and have Pete swing all over the place.

Hello. Just turned 40 and decided to take control of my body more than I ever have in the past. Lost 30 lbs, weight training a lot, strong as ever. Amazing how the muscle growth and fat loss increased my confidence. I was researching training supplements and somehow (the internet is amazing) discovered MOS and then this site. I was blown away because I was in that high percentile of men who were convinced that penis size was fixed. This boggles my mind, because human body experimentation has always been an interest of mine, yet I've never heard about this. Guess I ignored all those spams and pop-ups all these years that might have eventually led me to the proper PE info. Better late than never. I've always been disappointed with my penis size, especially flaccid and turtled. So, anyway, I tried a few stretches, jelqing and kegels yesterday and have a few questions before I develop my 'routine'. Poked around in the forums, but maybe someone can give me direct advice and/or point me to an existing link. I can re-post the questions in other forums, but not sure which ones are the best for the given question.
1) Kegel: I think my PC muscles are already pretty strong. I can stop and start pee over and over, no concentration or effort required. I seem to be able to hold kegels for 5-10 secs no problem. It feels like I would have to hundreds of them to get any fatigue. So, I'm wondering a couple things. Maybe I'm not doing them correctly. I get anal contraction also - is that correct? If flaccid, the penis pulls back and up during contraction - which definitely seems correct. Lastly, if they are already strong, it would seems they need more resistance, just like training any other skeletal muscle. Should I be looking into erect towel weight kegels?
2) Jelqing: I warmed up with hot shower, got 60-70% erect, lubed up and gave it a first go. I found right away that the extra skin of the scrotum wants come along for the ride and the loose skin on the shaft also piles up. By the time it reaches the hand under the glans, there is a lot skin. Feels very un-productive. I am cut BTW. It would seem that a more erectile state would reduce this problem, but that is advanced and higher risk. Any advice?

Hello everyone, im new here, i've been doing my research on PE for almost a year now,
after seeing all the success stories i stated believing in it, so i tried giving it a shot for about a month, with no commitment what so ever, and ofcourse, no results!
but this time im gona stick to it and hopefully see the results i want
i still dont know where to start cuz there are many beginner's routines, but ill figure it out somehow

Just found this site and i thought why not give PE a go? Although i am happy with my current size, bigger would obviously be nice so im going to give it a go. When i last measured, a long time ago my lenth was about 6.75 erect and girth was about 5.5 although i shall performing new measurements shortly so watch this space .I have not started PE yet as i want to get enough info together to find the best way of getting results and to minimise the risk of injuring myself. Would like to add some girth and 1-2 inches in length. WISH ME LUCK! thanks

Hey all. I'm new to this here site, and you can say to p.e. I began my quest for a larger member at the start of the new year. I only used the power jelq gym device, and thus far have attained extraordinary results. I will be sure to post my story in the appropriate section. Great forum!Began: 1/09 3 1/2 x 4
