my BPFSL is about .2" less than my BPEL, EQ around 8.5/9. Occasionally get 10 but rarely happens by myself although always happens during sex. 8.5/9 is hard, veins showing and there is no way of bending it. I think tunica is limiting factor. I've been doing more girth based exercises and haven't been gaining. Going to try and do more length based now that I just picked up an extender and hopefully will see gains and if gains stall or EQ goes down i'll switch it up. This theory makes sense! hoping to see gains. If I misunderstood it please let me know

My current routine is phallosan for as long as I can everyday. I aim for 11 hours a day. Today I started hanging for 30 minutes with 2.75lb from my phallosan before ads with it. And I'm 400 hours into my phallosan. My EQ is not that great during the day, recent breakup and family issues been stressing me. But I still get frequent nocturnal elections and morning wood. Even had a sex dream the other night even though it was with the ex, I haven't had one of those in a while. I also workout multiple times a day and have been eating clean for about 8 days now.
I am thinking about hanging and phallosan for another 600 hours to complete my first 1000 hours and see where I stand. Then I will do a bathmate/air pump and phallosan routine for 1000 hours to work on my soft muscle tissue. Then 1000 hours with hanging and phallosan, etc, etc.....
What do you guys think?

My BPFSL is exactly 0.5 inches bigger than my BPEL. My erection quality is good. I would say it's a 8.5 or 9. Which category would I fall into? I'm 5.5 inches in girth and 6.5 inches in length, so I'd rather focus on tunica work and get more length than girth.

Wow i just read a considerable chunk of this thread...it seems that my penis agrees with a lot of this theory. I really like how this theory ties together a lot of concepts. IF you want a strong theory you MUST compile, connect and reference already existing research. I think OP really is getting at something. Now we are almost 9 years later, I hope we see more people proving or disproving this theory.

After reading 20+ pages, i think my tunica is the limit in my case. My erections suffer from porn abuse, which was making me think the SM was my limit. Back when i had a girlfriend and wasnt watching that much porn, my EQ was about a 9. In theory, if i cut the porn (day2 here) my EQ should rise, proving that the tunica is my limit.

Kinda confused here. My BPFSL is ~.25' shorter than my BPEL which suggests that the tunica is my limit. My erections suck though due to PMO, probably around a 7/10. I think my smooth muscle is already pretty good because i use to masturbate and have sex quite a bit and before i started i could already hold a 10+ second kegal i started JP90 3 weeks ago, so im still learning my penis. Guess i'll just stick with JP90 until i get a better understanding of this.

Okay, so if my BPSFL is less than my BPEL and my erections are hard it's an issue with my tunica? Just want to make sure I'm doing this right and that's what the first page seems to say.
