i understood TGC theory but how the measurements of BPFSL & BPEL could apply for left curved penis. my NBPEL( straight)= 13cm and NBPEL (around curve)= 15cm.
i also read that around curve is little more than your length when your dick would become straight. if i consider straight one bpfsl is definetly more than erect one and if consider around curve bpfsl is definetly less than erect one. so how can i measure BPEL for comparison with BPFSL?

This is a great thread. My BPFSL and BPEL are almost the same at 7.0 +/- 0.25”. If anything, my BPFSL is slightly longer most times. I also have EQ of 8-10 depending on the day, which has gotten better through PE and use of supplements like L-Carnitine, L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. But my ligaments and tunica are tight, so stretching my suspensory lig or tunica have not been very successful. However, I have not tried hanging or extenders due to home and work privacy issues. I do all kinds of stretches, bundled stretches, bundled BTC/fowfers, bed fowfers. I have also focused on girth and do RJs, VJs, Ulis, compressors, and squeeze jelqs. Guess I will have to rededicate myself to tunica work and see if I can get length.Last edited by OlderGuy; 10-28-2018, 03:51 PM.

My BPFSL is about .5" less than my BPEL but my EQ is a 6 or a 7. I think my EQ comes from a combination of psychology, poor posture, poor circulation, diet, and stress. I'm working on fixing all of this. I do have rock hard morning wood sometimes, but yeah.
So I'm not sure if it's my smooth muscle or tunica based on this theory!

JP passed some time ago.Originally posted by Motivated11 View PostHi JP, quick question about thrombosing a vein during 2 handed squeezes. A bit of blood came out after my session of 10 squeezes. Grip deep into the base and right behind the glans. That being said, you should never be squeezing so hard you get blood to come out! You need to reconfigure your intensity levels!
If you have a thrombosed vein you should allow it to fully heal before resuming any training.

BPFSL is around 1 inch greater than my BPEL. However my girth is 6.5 inches. Does this still mean I should be focusing primarily on girth exercises to target the smooth muscle?

What if i had over 0.5 between BPFSL & BPEL in erection like ( 2.5 cm) ; and i had a strong (9_very hard)
Is it possible to work one day lenght , and the day after , grith ?

Well my BPFSL is around 0.2 cm more than BPEL while my EQ is a 8 or so. So thats a mix of tunica and smooth muscle
I have just about started PE a week or so ago and based on this Theory I dont have smooth muscle gains, only tunica gains wow.
Correct me if im wrong.

So I read over the four parts, just wanted to ask if anything about this theory has been reinforced or shown to be false? I noticed it's 8 years old so I figured it's likely that parts of it have changed. A lot of what this article is saying makes sense to me and would explain why I haven't really gained much.

What do you mean thrombose a vein?Originally posted by JonPop View PostSounds good, babbis. What's your days off schedual? Are you warming up and down? Be careful with the (where you hold a grip at your base and right under your glans, focusing on the CCs.) "Horse 440's" it is easy to thrombose a vein. JP
