So my erection level pre PE was a 6, 7 at best, now 7, 8 at best, and my bpfsl is 0.7" longer than bpel.
I've seen some good girth gains very recently ( jp90 completed, now 6 weeks into 8 week split length a.m, girth p.m routine )
My girth routine consists of ten minutes of alternating tunica tugs and bundled stretches before jelqing and clamped edging.... My question is, until my bpfsl is equal to my bpel and EQ is a 9 or 10, should I sack off the ten minutes of tunica stretching?? Is it counter productive to my goal of catching my smooth muscle up?

    Thanks in advance 👍

I'm going to read the entire thread but starting my routine tomorrow and came across this so probably been answered but of you guys would be so kind.

    Age - 32
    Bpel - 7.2
    Bpfsl - 8
    Eg - 5.5
I'm getting confused because my erections are are a solid 10, so hard it throbs. I have never done any girth work, done hundreds of hours of hanging and extending and no gains.

I can't measure BPFSL unless my girlfriend helps me, as I don't have a wooden ruler. (Really don't want to ask her to hold a tape measure up to my stretched flaccid lmao).

I'm getting really frustrated with seeing no gains whatsoever, I had a 10/10 erection the other night when she was giving me a hand job, the head of my penis was massive too. but my erections are usually 7-8 on my own.

Embarrassingly enough I think I measured my length wrong and I'm actually around 6.8 so I'm definitely okay with going back and working on length.

I've just been so focused on trying to gain girth that I haven't educated myself in length exercises.
I'm curious on how you are measuring if you need assistance. I am picturing that you are measuring with the tape measure underneath or to the side. Before joining this site and doing some reading through articles and on the forums, I have measured this way not knowing how to do it properly. And each time, my readings were inconsistent. I learned that I need to place the tape pressed against my pelvic bone (the flesh right above where the base of your penis is attached to) and your reading would end at the tip of your penis.

Also, if you are laying down, your erection will most likely be larger and the quality of it will appear better. I noticed this myself compared to where I am standing up. The head becomes more swollen. Because of this, I prefer having sex with laying down while the girl is on top (it puts me at an advantage of her getting my fullest potential of size.)

*I got a good laugh from your name. Just thought I'd put that out there.

For best results choose what you feel is the best exercise for girth and pull your focus into it.

You didn't come across as arrogant at all; and your English appears fine

No problem Aleistercr, your approach and application of the different exercises seems right on target to me. We ARE all different. PE affects every guy differently, so just add an exercise one at a time, to see what works for YOU. It's the best way to enhance your progress, IMO.

Intense stretches can have an immediate effect on EQ. This is why performing girth work first is usually recommended. If overdone, the effect can lead to longer lasting EQ issues.

    Great thread.
I started doing penis enlargement exercises a couple of months ago, kind of light, just to try out the techniques I found glancing on the forum, since my main goal was to beat premature ejaculation. Even with a very light and no so dedicated routine I've made some gains, 0,5cm in bpel. I didn't measured the flaccid length, but it had the most noticeable gains, visually its hanging about 1.5cm to 2cm longer.

Long story short, since I've cured my premature ejaculation issue I started focusing more on the pe, I have been exercising consistently and my eq begin to get weaker.
I was under the impression that the eq loss was due to the stretches, that was the focus of my routine, but since I read that the body should get used to the stretches and eq return to normal, I begin to get worried because in a few weeks instead of getting better, is getting worse.

Then a found this thread and related with a lot of the theory that was explained and went to measure my penis, and as expected, my bpfsl is longer than my bpel in about 0.6in.

As the theory says, I should focus on girth exercises then. I got quite happy with this actually, because if I "only" transfer my bpfsl gains to my bpel I will get passed the 7.5in, with I believe will be a lot easier than if the tunica was my limiting factor.

Just a questions, even though I have to focus on girth exercises to target the soft muscles, I should keep doing some of the length exercises as well to maintain the bpfsl gains, right?

Wow. What a good read! I think this theory has a lot of merit to it and I think you're onto something that can change the game. As for me, I feel like my smooth muscle may be the issue. My BFSL is 6.5" and my BPEL is 6" the last time I measured. My erections could probably use a little more beef to them.

What should I focus on for kind of PE?

My english is not the best so I dont really understand what to do.

    Thank you!

It's been a couple of months that both lenght and girth gains had stopped here.

I started pumping and noticed that I get almost any girth gains when pumping, it looks pretty much the same girth when inside the cylinder but my penis looks more veiny, and only the glans really expands to a size that's bigger than usual.

I guess it indicates that I should focus on the tunica now, since my erections are fine and I get almost no expansion doing girth exercises, right?
