    So if I am more than 0.5 inches longer erect than streched yet have erections that are 6/10 what should I train to help me get harder erections?

    You can test yourself and and feel how a V-stretch engages the suspensory ligament- as compared to an A-stretch

    IMO- re:

    Technically you'll be getting a slightly greater stretch with the V-Stretch since it's more conducive to a downwards angle.

    This is my 3rd go at it. Longest I have done it consistently is 6 months in 2011. Im reconditioning right now for at least 90 days, but am researching and learning for what to try afterwords.
