Make edging a regular part of your PE to build stamina and increase EQ. You may actually see some gains from edging consistently, as well. Don't finish your edging with an ejaculation; that will also help build your libido and hold your engorgement best.

My BPFSL and BPEL is almost the same length and my erection level is mabe around 7-7,5.

I have hang most of my PE time and now after 4 months have not seen any gain. I feel that my erections are not as they was before. I was more 9 and some time 10 erection level before.

What should I focus on for kind of PE?

My english is not the best so I dont really understand what to do.

    Thank you!

You're probably right. I think I'll wait at least three weeks until I measure again.

    That should work.

From what I can tell my EQ is below 9(or only 9+ for very short periods, less than 10 seconds) and BPSFL is at least the length of BPEL once I factor in expansion from glans.

Thanks! Kind of what I was suspecting. I'm thinking of incorporating a bit of SRT theory into it as well.

A tunica-focussed stretch routine in the morning with a 5 hour phallosan forte straight after
Then in the evening an intense girth routine with cock ring straight after

Question? Who has time for questions!

Emm you are probably slap bang in the middle between the two, I would probably just do a mixed routine, with a little more smooth muscle exercises than tunica ones. Also, edging will always help with that EQ
