  • pudendal,

Do you use any type of comfort padding between your penis and the noose, or just the noose by itself? I find nooses to be much more comfortable with padding.

Yes, I have a pad that I made back when I was regularly using the noose system. I definitely couldn't have endured jumping back into using the noose without it! To make the pad, I overlapped several layers of ace bandage approximately the length of my girth and then doubled over the top edge about a 1/4" to be twice as thick and sewed it all together. To use, I wrap this around my penis just below the glans so that the ends come together on the underside of my penis where the noose goes into the cradle. I secure the noose below the doubled-over lip. It has the effect of making the coronal ridge more pronounced to give the noose something to hold onto.

What kind of padding do you use?

      • I have an X4 extender and with it came with a bunch of foam tubes they call "comfort padding" that you insert the noose into. Here's a link to what they look like:

Having padding around the noose rather than wrapping your penis every time you use the extender I believe is more convenient and takes less time since you just always leave the padding over the noose.

        • My extender routine at the moment is using my X4 rod based extender for as many hours as possible during the day, and then using the Phallosan at night when I sleep. When I wake up to use the bathroom I take the Phallosan off, urinate, and then strap on my X4 at a very light tension. At some point the X4 wakes me up due to fatigue and then I take it off and finish sleeping, wake up and repeat the process all over again.

          • Sounds like you're really dedicated to accumulating the hours which will lead to growth! I think combining the phallosan system with some hours of rod-based extending helps to prime the feeling of fatigue during phallosan use. The only thing I'd suggest is not using the noose system while asleep even for short periods at low tension.

It just gives me the willies to think about anything that limits circulation when you're not awake to monitor your penis. Since you have the phallosan, why not use it whenever you're going to extend while asleep? Especially for accommodating nocturnal erections, the phallosan system is just much safer and less likely to cause injury due to ischemia. If you really want to stretch down with your rod-extender base, and your X4 cradle has the strap slots, you could even attach the phallosan vacuum bell with Velcro straps (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post913622).

            • Thanks for the suggestion, I do plan on trying to interface the PF vacuum bell with the rod extender at some point. I want to test out the VacExtender attachment with the X4 before I do so however as I hear its much more comfortable than noose systems.

              • I have a few issues with the PF which I why I have relegated to only using it at night when I sleep. The tension traffic light system peels off within 2 months leaving you guessing as to what tension you are extending at in comparison to spring based extenders you can always see the exact tension being used. There seems to be mixed suggestions regarding the optimal amount of tension to extend at. From what I've read most say to stay within 600-900 grams of tension and to get in as much extending time per day as possible, and then there are people who say tension is relative and that it's best to stay at whatever tension causes you slight discomfort. At the moment I'm leaning towards the latter.

Parts of my traffic light stickers have scraped off but there is still enough holding on that I can tell what range it is in. I guess you could always use a sharpie marker to draw calibration marks on the white plastic post below the sticker at the different color levels, and I bet Julian might even send you replacement stickers if you asked him.

I try to keep my phallosan in the high-green to yellow range. When I'm using the rod-based extender I compress past the first line but not past the second line. Because my rod-based extender is just a cheap, generic, ebay knock-off and I've never used a scale to calibrate it, I'm not sure what kind of force that gives me, but I generally feel like I'm in the zone if I'm getting a fatigue sensation by the end of the session. Achieving fatigue with my rod-based/phallosan hybrid before switching over to the belt system induces fatigue during the subsequent sessions with the belt significantly faster than when I use the belt system alone.

                      • Pudendal would you mind taking a few more pictures of you DIY XL bell from a few different angles because that would be very helpful when I give it a try this weekend.

                        • I got my phallosanyesterday and I have no problems putting it on, I did measure for the large bell but loose abit of suction. When I put the medium one on the comdom does feel abit tight and hardly reaches past my glans but does the trick and feels snug. But when I took it of my main vain felt a little sore but nothing major.

                          • Hey Phallosan wearers. I have a few questions for those who are using it.

                            1. If you set the desired tension with the belt and then sit down, does the tension remain the same? or change?

                            2. Does anyone have a picture (or can take a pic) of them wearing it under clothes (no face obviously), so i can see how obvious it is under clothes? I want to wear it at work - i wear lose fitting clothes for the most part, but i'm 5.5NBPEL, and since ive been hanging, my BPSFL was at 7 - this would put the bulb around my hip. I'm worried i wouldn't be able to get away with wearing it at work.

                            3. Are there any videos of someone actually putting one on and setting the tension? I have trouble seeing how you set the tension with the animated video, and how you pump to establish suction.

                            4. Does anyone use the phallosan along with hanging? I'm 8 weeks into using a bib hanger now, and my problem is i'm having a tough time doing 10 hours/week. My wife doesn't want to see weights hanging from my dick. So my thought is, do 1 or 2 sets to fatigue and then strap on my phallosan for 8 hour days while I work. I would think the lig stretch combined with the ADS stretch on lower weight for longer periods would work really well

no one can tell you wearing it inless there really weird and proper stare at your bulge and even then they would not be able to see it under loose clothes.

                              • And to set the tension it's just a simple tri glide like on a bag and you simply pull it tighter or pull it lose this is worth it's money all day long and it's extremely comfy. When you sit down the tension hardly moves at all.
