Do you attend any religious services during the winter holidays? If so, which ones, and what do they mean to you?
No, But we get it over the load speakers from the village as it s up and away from us, that way we get all the Greek services and lots of bell ringing.
What's a toy you got as a child, that's no longer available, that you think children would still like today?
When I was about 13 I got this building set, you had floor plans and you built in with proper bricks and wallpaper glue with windows and doors, I loved it, but todays kids its got to be something instant, so not really sure they would, its not press a button kind of thing more hands on.
Our model railways with all the things you could add to it, most model railways these days are for us older kids, my son does but then he is now 43, see kids are just kids at all ages.
We used to get lead bombs, yes shaped like a ww2 bomb and put caps in them, along with handkerchief parachutes with a lead soldier as weight, they worked well, but kids cant have lead soldiers now.
Today kids don't go out like we did. toys could be just a good tree to climb, in out street we ha d a shop that would put out lots of cardboard tubes on dustbin day, great for hitting each other with, get out on roller skates, bikes all day long, swimming, playing tag, playing football twenty a side stuff most times with just a tennis ball, but lots of fun, snowballing like London got a lot of snow, snow one day slush the next, but we had lots of fun, and making soapbox carts with old pram axles and wheels, boy you had to be inventive in those good old days.
Mostly toys never come into it.

(Personally, mine is Christmas Vacation. The dysfunctional holiday gathering of family... yeah, that's what Christmas is all about! LOL)
I like 'The Nightmare Before Christmas'! It's a good movie and I remember clearly how suprised I was the first time I watched it. Not your typical Christmas movie.
I like most Christmas movies. We watch many of them in December.
