    i feel i screwed this thread up a bit but erect kegels are grea to do whle edging. I think of it as a PE form of masturbation. Simular to supra Slammers it may actually help grow length and girth. Guys who have done this for some time have reported gains from it.

    If you hold the kegel thoughout the sroke count i think it delivers most of the benifits. I get huge! doing it this way rather than 100 regular kegals.

      you said you count to 100 during the slow counts. does this mean you masterbate slowly? Also where is the dorsal vein? Is it the big vein i have on the top side of my penis?

          No you only block the dorsal vein. with a clamp it surrounds the enitire penis. but im sure the same benifits apply. Be careful with clamping! Don't forget o masturgate while you masticate. the chewing jerking rhythm sets up a higher awareness. Hehehehe!

            I added this to my routine a couple of weeks ago, at first it was difficult to maintain the blinding erection that this induces, but now it seems to be getting easier.
            I am up to 3-4 minutes, how long do you think would be a good workout?

              One minute sessions thorughout the entire time you mastsagate. Mastagate for 5 minutes. Do erect kegels for one. At the same time do BC/PC kegels. Then relax the kegel build it back up to a really hard erection repeat for another minute. Try to get in 3-5 sessions in a 30-45 minutes jerk off fest. Something to try to attain to.

                I stumbled on to a different approach to Kegels the other day, I'm sure you probably have a name for it, it's a Kegel in reverse. What purpose would this serve
                in PE? After about 4 months I just now can hold a regular Kegel for only about 5-10 seconds, do you think this can help?

                Yes, this is a great begining. Kegels are like anything else they take awhile and prcatice to master. i thnk what your refering to is a recverse kegel. I don't really care for them for some reason i can not incorperate them well into my program.

                      I changed my routine and only do erect Kegels on off days when I'm in the shower to take advantage of the warm water. I don't Mastabag,I just get a good woodie and
                      use the time for a quick Kegel and ballooning session. I've heard if you mastabag after PE you can go blind....I will keep close watch on my PI's and see if anything changes.

                        Yes Hairy trigger. If you mastabag after PE, you will grow hair on the palms of your hands. This is true for a friend of mine. He has to shave his hands before going bar hoping. So keep a close watch on your palms, HT.

                            ERECT KEGEL JELQS,oooooohoooh!

                            Did the edging thing, as you may well know I combine PE and jerking off to save on time. Did 200 erect kegels, and about 100 erect jelqs. I use a very very lite grip doing erect jelqs. Because very lite grips improved EQ, gives you an extra boost in erect length. Don't know if that would prove to be a dick grower. Had some success with erect jelqs back about a year or so ago.

                            So I did something different I combined erect jelqs with erect kegels to. So I guess you can I say I may have invented a really cool PE exercise. You position your thumb like your doing erect kegels on top of the penis at the base. Instead of wanking you form a very lite OK grip above the thumb. Then you slowly move the erect grip up the shaft. What I notice is a bit more hardness to the erection and a bit more length. Been doing this for a week. I think this is going to take me out of the PE doldrums.

                            Instructions:
                            Get fully erect.
                            Place the butt of the thumb agains the vein on top of your penis at the base.
                            Begin to do PC/BC kegels.
                            At the same time form an ok grip above the thumb.
                            Slowly jelq towards the galns.
                            After about 50-100 of these erec t jelqs relax grip.
                            Stop the kegels.
                            Masturbate for a few minutes say 3-5 minutes.
                            Repeat a the erect kegels jelqs a few more times.

                            What you will notice
                            More pre cum
                            Larger fatter less sensitive penis.

                              done this method for less of a year and gain 1" in EL.Becareful cause you may overtrain your unit with this method very quick.After you are used to this method of errect jeql and kegel is dificult to return back to the light routine.So watch out dude cause this is what have happened to me.Now I have found again my light routine and In the end of my life I am going to pass the gates of paradise with a huge dick cause I am going to do this light routine for a long time....
                              What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

                                How tight was your grip? Mine is very lite in the feel good range. This is waht im doing different from before the grip is almost "to lite." I sweat MY EQ is around 11.

                                Part of the reason im doing this is that my skin is kind of tight right now. This light jelqing helps grow a little extra skin to compansate for future growth.

                                You are probably correct Pap, perhaps a good warm up and stretch should pre-cede this nw exercise.
