    just watch out not to overtrain cause is very easy with this routine and "not" get used to this routine cause sometime believe me it would be dificult to do PE.At the first months my EQ was about 10 and I was so excited and when I saw much more gains with this routine I jeql with more errection each time and the result was more EL.After long time I got tired and my EQ was about 6 and believe me then it would be dificult for you and your unit to try to jeql with less errection.So my advise I wish someone had gave me before is try not to get used to it and always to try to have a usual routine because this is an endurance race...
    What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

I think this is going to take me out of the PE doldrums.
      I assume you leave your thumb at the base, while moving the ok grip up your shaft? Do you use any pressure at the base with your thumb? Thanks.

            I started doing these unintentionally, i would jelq, get hard, and keep going. I kegel right before my upstroke and use a moderate amount of pressure. I can definitely say that doing these have attributed to maybe 70% of my gains.

                I'm a beginner but coincidentally I have done many of these unintentionally because I felt it made sense for gains as well as felt like it was doing something very right. Good to see that other people are verifying this method (even though I will receive a lot of negative feedback about doing this method as a beginner).

                    I'm wondering why you guys choose to do manual PE rather than get a device like fastsize? I really want to start something soon, but i'm not very good at committing myself to something especially something that requires a lot of private time. Do you guys feel as though manual work like this gives better results than a device? Because if so I want to do it the best way i can.

                      Everone should do manual first for several months then go onto devices. Divices however are far more time consuming than manual exercise.

                        Ive recently started PEing. I did not feel much of a workout doing jelqs at %50 erection level. I noticed that with almost full erection and light grip I was then able to cause blood to rush into my glans and see actual increase in size and change in color. I need to watch porn in able to jelq to keep a good erection going. I find that I like to let my erection level reduce to around 50% and then turn on some porn. When I start to feel blood pulsing into my penis I start a sequence of jelqs. Finish the jelq sequence and then stop the porn and read about supplements/nutrition. Not only should you have a large, hard penis but you need the fuel to keep going!

                        After doing a series of jelqs (usually lasting around 5 minutes) I like to edge for around 30 min. This is when I do 5x20 sets of kegels after reaching first PONR after ~15 min. Take a 60-90 sec break between each set and enjoy the movie. I dont ejaculate to finish. I save that for the woman.

                        It was only after I started to increase my erection level a bit that I noticed a bit more of a beat feel to my dick. Not too sore but a good workout feeling.

                              This sounds to me like you are jelqing a uli. Is that right?
                              Started October 2008: 5.50 NBPEL x 4.25 MSEG

                              July 2009: 6.00 NBPEL x 4.75 MSEG

                              Final Goal: 7 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG

                                Sort of, you don't wrap a ok grip all the way around it. You use the butt of your thumb to parially occlude the dorsal vein. the vein that is on top of the shaft. By doing this less blood leaves the penis it becomes a bit larger. Then while the thumb is there you can get in 30-60 soft grip jelqs.
