I like it pretty good, I do a few very light Erect Kegel Jelqs at different points during edging, and I stay super hard. One day I tried this, and I looked about 1/16th" bigger.

I think EQ goes unnoticed as a limiting factor too. That's probably why some guys are able to grow 1/2 inch in two weeks.Starting (November 22, 2009):
7" bpel/6 1/2" nbpel (did not measure eg)
Now:
7 1/4" bpel x 5.25" eg
Short term goal:
7" nbpel
Long term goal:
8+" bpel/7 3/4" nbpel x 6" eg

So basically hold dorsal vein. as you slowly stroke your dick u are holding a kegal and release once the stroke is down. You do this for 1 minute. Then release vein and continue to masturbate for lets say 5 min then repeat erect kegal with pressed down vein right? What do you mean by ballooning tho? So this will help with premature ejaculation also some people mention it desensitize it. Does that mean after the session or permanently. Thanks for the hlep

It does not desentsistize permantly only while in the erect kegel jelq position. Personally I get greater expansion when I skip the jelq reps and do only reverse Kegels; a few quick ones and then one long (for like a minute to several).
A bit tricky to get the technique going (several factors play a part here; isolation of PC/BC muscles, breathing, relaxation, focus, et c. ).
Expands me like I've never experienced it.

I can only get in a few erect kegels before I start losing my erection. In fact, without constant "attention" I almost immediately start losing EQ. Do I need more normal kegels or what? It could just be high BP and cholesterol.. maybe an exercise regiment.Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg

There's no such thing as instant results with PE. Major improvements requires years. are these erect kegels good after Edging or before edging, I usually like to do edging after my PE exercise(JP workout), but I would add this in after the workout if it helps.start
