The perfect Regular LAS and Bundled LAS

    I thought the BTC stretch was a manual stretch and hold with your hand, as opposed to the LAS stretch where you sit down on it after pulling it through.

    At Thunder it is described this way: BTC Stretch
    Between The Cheek stretching is a stretch designed to isolate the tension of the stretch on penile ligaments. This stretch is performed by reaching around one’s leg, and then pulling the penis in such a way that it seems that the PEer is attempting to pull his organ through the “cheeks” of his buttocks.

    So call it what you may, there is still going to be some confusion. However, if this isn't the laziest stretch out there, I want to know what is!!!!

      This is a little difficult for me as my flaccid length is only 3.5 inches so pulling it 'between my butt crack' is a little hard as it barely gets past my ballsack lol. Should still work though, right?

        As long as when you sit on your unit it is being held in the stretch position, it will work fine.

          Love love love these.

          One more tip. When laying on your back doing these, if you tucked on the left (your balls are on the right), cross your right ankle over your left. Vice versa if you tuck on the right, it's left ankle over right ankle. It kinda uses the testes as leverage when you straighten your legs to get a little more pull.
          Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
          Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
          Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg
          If you just read this, do 10 quick kegels

            Does this LAS and bed fowers are begginer excersise or advanced?
            Are there some danger about doing this?

              I have been doing these for quite some time now, so when I do them I pull my unit very strongly between my legs and then sit on it for over an hour. Someone who has never done these would be foolish to do the same. Start with a snug, but not intense stretch when you first try these, and then sit on it for perhaps 10 minutes or so. As you begin to understand these you can increase both the stretching force and the amount of time you sit on it. Even after a very long session, as soon as I do these:

                  My original flacid was much smaller and month by month it moved further. I am sitting on it now and it is past my anus! My goal is to have it press past my belt line..long way to go..but definately a goal.
                  I also do keigals both normal and reverse in intervals throughout. I some times do 4-6 hours per day at work!
                  Commit, start your routine, don't rush, and increase your length, girth, and ultimately confidence in the process. Key: Don't measure everyday and only measure 1X per month.

                    Often when you finish doing LAS's, your glans will have some weird puffy marks on it. Don't worry about them as they will quickly disappear in less than an hour.

                      Ok, I was try now little step by step and I did it. I didnt to intense, just to feel it, and it seems very nice and effective stretch. But do I have to just sit with full body weight in beginning or just to snug, like a aquat and in same time sitting on bed, but not full relaxed, because of squat position, I dont fully seat on my unit. And another thing is what I want to know is this. Im doing recovery therapy, a contrast hydrotherapy, abstain of masturbation and porn, and of PE of course and keggles for 45 days. So can I do this? I think in flacid state I cant damage my unit by doing this for 10 sec to 1 min maybe through day. Any advice I would apreciate it. Oh yes I didnt do any warm up before doing this, but maybe after contrast hydrotherapy. Btw from logical side, this excersise works very good. I think by just doing this and keggles, you can gain length and girth...Its my humble opinion...All best to everybody. Peace, love and happiness to every being.

                        Make sure your chair has some cushioning to it, but not too much cushioning. A bed would be too soft I think. Those few seconds won't do much of anything. I had suggested perhaps 10 minutes, not 10 seconds. I would think you need at least five minutes of sitting on it. What injury are you using contrast hydrotherapy on? Perhaps you shouldn't be doing anything at this time.

                          Well, I have damaged nerves and hardened shaft at the base of penis. From too intense grip in jelging, and to intensive A stretch. It has been before 2 years. In the beginning wasnt good, today is better. I had hard flacid too, today is more softier, but its not full. So I think this stretch would be good for my type of injury.. Its opposite of A stretch. I think it can loosen it up at the penis base. Well I have erections, but its not recovered full. My penis body must be very very flacid and soft, specially in the semi erect state, then I would know that it have recovered fully. I know PE works, I had gains in the beggining, so I still believe in that, I mean I know its working, but Im waiting it to recover to full. I dont maybe I shouldnt excersise anything. But you know it is mad mind game and test, when you know that you can have healthy penis, bigger, thicker, but you cant doing it. Its like bad karma. In general, I use that therapy for softing the penis body, specially at the penis base, to loose it up to full.

                            Hmmm. I've read through it twice but I have no idea how you avoid completely obliterating your balls.
                            I either have to lean really far forward, which is too awkward, or am basically sitting on my nuts.

                            What am I doing wrong? :/

                              If your testes are larger than most, try moving them to one side and sliding your unit next to it. My sack is ok, not huge or anything, and I just pull my unit straight back between them. I definitely sit down slowly and carefully, but once down, I can lean back or sit straight up. Make sure your chair has some cushion in it to absorb some of it.

                                Fowfers are great, and definatley add to FL. Different positions you can do depending on your position i.e. bed or whatever, but I'd never thought of doing them bundled, good idea!
