Would you say EQ effect girth more than length? Ive gained twice the amount of girth from jeqls than length and i have a very good EQ. I barely do any stretches.

hi Big Al,i use bathmate for warm up 15 mins, my current routine bathmate>squeeze(uli's,440 horse)>kegel/edging 20 mins and warm down. i wonder it for warm down Can i use bathmate?first start 15 cm

For the routine you're performing you can use the pump for warming up and warming down. Hey Big Al, i currently started a girth routine of 5 months, and i was wondering is it possible to gain 1 centimeter of girth in 5 months? I hear most the people here get girth from bathmate or pumps in general. Are there any actual gainers via Manual? If so what would you say are the top 5 girth manual exercises?

It's definitely possible
