I've been experimenting with the technique, but once I get to the point where the tickle sensation increases, reverse kegels seem to have no effect in stopping my PONR. Is this normal or am I doing them incorrectly. I'm pushing out my lower abdominal wall as if trying to urinate or push out a fart. It seems to be more effective in reducing my arousal level below a 7 but only for a while. Once I reach an arousal level say of 8.5 to 9 it seems to have less of an effect and reaching my PONR seems imminent.

The last time I had sex i had to urinate and was holding it in. I've read countless times that this makes you reach PONR quicker because you're flexing your PC but in my case it seemed to have the opposite effect. Maybe I was inadvertently reverse kegeling? Is this even possible. I just thought it was odd that the pressure I felt actually reduced sensation to a somewhat controllable level.
