    Hi there,

    I was a premature ejaculator too Malegra pills prescribed to me by a very good doc were very helpful.
    Now I don't need any pills or training, I'm able to have a goodl sex for an extended period and that's so great

      First of all i really do request a sticky on this thread!

      Second, i think PE_ZEN is right.

      Here i have posted that i have PE and that i can feel two sets of muscles. Also i have noticed that i can contract both of the muscles pretty hard, and until now i didn't even know about the reverse kegels.

      Also i have noticed that i can do the fast kegels without problem. I just might me that i have the exact problem that this solution is for. In other words a pc(or bc or whatever) muscle that is too tensed.

      Also as a kid and during the college i have jerked off fast, which means that my ejaculatory reflex is messed up. Add to the fact that i'm uncut and alomost always jerking of with foreskin (in other words my hand is never directly in touch with my glans), witch adds up to the sensitivity and there you have it the recipe for PE.

      At least now i know what is my and how to fix it. If i manage to fix it with this (combined withe edgeing and balooning) that would be excellent

          Ok it seems a common problem that kegel strength gets out of balance with reverse kegel strength. This causes spasm in the kegel muscles resulting in premature issues . The answer is to increase reverse kegel training.

            Hi guys!
            I'd like to add my 2 cents to the topic!
            i was looking in few PE threads to get some information, and I'd like to add to this thread this thing:
            As stated above, it's important to have your glans used to touch. I also used to jerk off with my foreskin only (I'm uncut), it's difficult to stimulate the glans without lubrication.

            Now, during edging sessions I try to stimulate glans too, so it's used to it. My dick is lubricated after jelqing so it's easy.
            I've read (somewhere in the past) that men who are cut tend to last longer in bed, because their glans is not covered and exposed to some kind of stimulation from underwear all the time, so it gets naturally used to it.

            I've noticed, when I wear what-a-grip, my glans usually sticks out uncovered and is exposed to contact with legs/underwear/whatever...
            So my point is, that wearing what-a-grip my help make your glans less sensible over time, to help fight the PE.
            What do you think?

              When I reverse kegel I feel like I'm going to piss myself. Even when I try peeing first this problem still occurs. Am I doing it too hard?

                I don't think that is a problem. That is exactly what you should feel like, a good analogy is: "make your taint bulge out like a frog" - it is a pushing sensation rather than a 'gripping' sensation.

                        I'm just starting out kegeling.. should I incorporate reverse kegels into my routine straight away or simply just begin with regular ones for the time being..?

                          And another question: I'm starting out doing 50 kegels every other day, if regular and reverse kegels work different muscles then can I do 50 regular & 50 reverse without overtraining??

                            If you can do reverse kegels then go ahead. If you don't have premature issues then 30% reverse k is enough. Assuming you have been doing 50 kegals 1 sec holds with no problem,try to add 10 reverse with 1 sec hold each session till you get to 30 or 40,then look at your entire program.

                              I think I have figured out why reverse kegels work so well. I remember in elementary school when learning about puberty, the video said that urine and semen cannot come through the urethra at the same time. The reverse kegel has worked really well for me, and it feels like I'm forcing urine into my dick when I do it. The use of the reverse kegel prolongs me for another 10 minutes at the least, and it only takes a few seconds of breathing and reverse kegeling! I would love to hear some thoughts on this.
