    Well, no doubt that reverse kegels are equally important as regular ones...however a strong PC is essential to being a sexual master. Therefore don't give up regular kegels

      I do not believe in kegels anymore..
      I suffer from PE for a long time and no herbal remedies and no kegels could help me.
      But recently tried a PE drug called Malegra, it seems to work, I increased my ejaculation time from 30 sec to 2-3 min. Maybe it's not much but for me it's a great result

          I need more info. What exactly do you mean, when you are stimulating it or your partner? How long before you kegel? etc.

                Well it sounds like you need to practice edging. When you masturbate make sure you make the session last 15-20minutes minimum. Don't get impulsive and just jizz because it feels good. Also you should be trying to see how long you can stimulate without stopping. Work your way up to 5min. yesterday I did it for 18min straight of stimulation without my hand stopping. i felt a lot of control!

                    I can easily masturbate for as long as i want at a medium speed,but if i start thinking sexual thoughts or watch porn it would take me about 4-5 minutes at a medium speed,should i watch porn or think sexual thoughts while masturbating at a medium speed ?

                          I recognize this. Ever since I started kegeling it's harder for me to completely empty my bladder. And the feeling of a bit of urine left behind is easily confused with the tingly feeling you get when you prem ejac. I'm currently reverse kegeling more then regular kegels. Hope this has a positive effect.

                          PE_Zen, I'm still a bit confused, but this is what I understood from this thread.

                          1. When edging (edging just to learn for now) when you reach your PONR, you reverse kegel at the moment of involuntary kegels to gradually teach your body to replace kegels with reverse kegels at the time of orgasm, which, in time, will postpone your PONR without any conscious effort during sex. (by the way, aren't the involuntary kegels at orgasm responsibe for pushing out your semen?)

                          2. Then later you said before the PONR you should kegel and THEN reverse kegel. Practicing this, and eventually consciously implementing this during sex will cause you to back away from the PONR when you reach it.

                          Am I correct here or did I misunderstand you?

                            I'm also still in the experimental phase with kegels and reverse kegels, but I've noticed that if I kegel or reverse kegel close to the PONR and don't stop stimulating, it will lead closer to orgasm. This is why when you feel the tickle you shouldn't keep going until you are sure you can prevent the 'automatic' kegels. In (2) I meant that when you know you might blow your load, kegel HARD to prevent it and STOP. When you feel control after a second, then reverse kegel and it should feel relaxing. Wait a second before you start up again. That's why I would consider regular kegel as an EMERGENCY BRAKE

                              Thanks man I will definitely play around with this. At the moment I'm trying to learn how to DO, but I don't want to hold back orgasm within the first few minutes. So if this will help prolong the time it takes to reach the PONR that would be awesome . Thanks again pe_ZEN! I hope you're on to something here!

                                Hi there,
                                kegels and reverse kegels did not work for me.
                                a month ago I started to take Super p-Force (Generic Priligy), my doc said it's the latest remedy for Premature Ejaculation on the market and you know -it works.
