        heh, its cool - I like your input, especially somebody with MMO wisdom. Still haven't gotten one myself, I'm not sure if it comes from a kegel or not. Have gotten plenty of retro-ejac's, or as so many people call them: dry orgasms

            A retro orgasm is not the same as a dry orgasm, even though in both cases no ejaculate leaves the body.
            No need to hold your breath for kegals.

              Ok, so I'm having trouble with this, anytime I get close to PONR and I reverse kegal, it makes me cum...that's not normal is it? I know regular kegaling makes you cum, but I'll reverse kegal, and it'll feel like its going away, and then I cum...advice?

                I found the same thing happening to me, but when I did a regular long kegel I somehow felt that I was constraining the body's natural "kegel spasm" thus not ejaculating. I think learning how to relax your PC with the reverse kegel while edging required a lot of training, so just stick with it and it will probably show

                  Try reverse kegeling when you feel yourself regular kegeling. It will make it stop.

                    Hey the timing is very important. If you feel the PONR rapidly approaching a reverse kegel will only work up to a certain point, when the tickle is strong. Then a powerful normal kegel is what will prevent ejaculation. After a couple normal kegels, THEN reverse kegel again and breathe, and resume slowly.

                    Also it is important to STOP MOVING when you are close to the PONR. until you are a pro, then you can keep stimulating, but that is difficult to achieve.

                        This is a great theory and something I agree with 100%. It does help me for sure, but doesn't entirely stop my ejaculation yet, because as soon as I RELEASE the reverse kegel (can't hold it forever), my body responds by regular kegeling again! (If I'm extremely close to cumming) It feels even more intense when I kegel involuntarily the 2nd time than that the first.

                        I think this happens because My regular kegel muscles are much stronger than my reverse kegel muscles. So I am going to start reverse kegeling more than regular kegeling now.

                        I think that before PE and my improved erections my stats were more like 6 x 4.75.

                          Having kegals too strong relative to reverse kegals is a cause of premature ejaculation.

                            Pegasus if this theory of RELATIVITY (opposing forces) between strength of kegal muscles to reverse-kegal muscles is correct than i think your statement holds a solution to PE in a nutshell !

                            It would also mean that for years we are all excercising the wrong muscles

                            The discovery that PE is caused by untrained weak reverse-kegal muscles instead of weak kegal muscles would change the whole paradigm...

                            Suddenly all kegal strenghtening excercises would only WORSEN the PE.


                            A new efficient excercise would have to be developed that targets ONLY the reverse-kegal parts of pubococcygeous muscles.

                            Dont make me wrong, Kegals would be still the best excercise for orgasm strength and erection quality, but PE sufferers might be discouraged from excercising kegals unless they strictlly maintain a 2:1 ratio between strength of reverse-kegals to kegals.

                            I definitelly think PE_ZEN, PEGASUS and others are onto something very exciting here.

                                I agree with this. obviously there are other factors that play into PE (serotonin, histamine, dopamine etc) but too strong pc muscle might be the cause.

                                I suffer from stress incointence as well as premature ejaculation, and when I pee I dont always get all of the urine out, so i have to use my pc muscle to squeeze the rest out. do you guys do this? If not, I think that might be why my pe is happening.
