JAM2397 I confirmed what you said about different intensity. IK's that makes you ejaculate are strong, this ones that occur along the way are way weaker, but still present and constants, I just talked to a close friend that doesn't seem to have PE from what he tells me and asked him to try this stuff to see if he contract these muscles as we do.

Ive gone from prem e to orgasm when I want, the muscles contract, so ik's are still there but they don't happen early on, they are weaker and more spaced apart, so they're controllable. I see, so they are normal physiology as I though. Since a vagina won't do that and concentration is harder with a partner, I'll strive for getting used to an increasingly hard grip while at this edge. Not until a death grip, just a firm one.Last edited by Fighting; 01-14-2016, 06:29 PM.

I've read the first post by pe_ZEN and it is very suitable for my own situation.
I've noticed that I front kegel right behind my penis
or at the shaft as soon as I get aroused.
It's like my nervous system is so trained to ejaculate
as soon as I get aroused that I instantly kegel with arousal.
But in my case it seems like I kegel more in front
not very much at the back.
So I'll try this and concentrate more on front reverse kegels,
to counter these involuntary kegels.

My IKs are uncontrollable during intercourse... I'm on the same situation as many guys here, the muscle is conditioned to contract when I have any stimulation on the penis, specially the head.
I'm trying hindi squat and RK too. I'm also trying to keep my pelvis kinda tilted during the day and when sitting, I was used to have a tuck on this region, which also contributes to that tension feeling.

This methodology is often used in conjunction with other pegym methods . It should be regarded as one of an range of edging methods used here . Usually stop/start is the begin point you may then progress to plateau edging and so on.

My personal experience with getting down this whole Kegels & Reverse Kegels routine was practice practice practice . That #@# took months for me to get and I still improve daily. Reverse Kegels allow me to stay in the Plateau stage longer and a hard Kegel does stop ejaculations at PONR but learning that routine took a solid 5 or 6 months for me and I still do them 6 days a week and rest on Sunday😎

could someone recommend a routine for kegels/RK for a beginner? i have premature ejac, and i get a lot of involuntary kegels while masturbating........i am interested in proportions of K to RK ...... like hold RK for 10 seconds? how many times? if someone has experience with this pls recommend something ....thnx in advance
