    • Very interesting thread. Reverse Kegels seem to be the part that most people are overlooking. I have never seen it mentioned on the ebooks I have purchased on the topic. I had to learned it here and, after some weeks doing RK daily, my performance has got better.

        Yeah, it should. That's PE_zen's method, though he said to try and catch it with an RK *first*, like if you can predict it before it kicks in. Bit like stopping hiccups I guess.

        Personally I've found it's helped to just concentrate on *relaxing* rather than competing, and visualise the energy dissipating out from your groin instead of firing off the kegel. Bit harder to concentrate on duo, but solo, I found it a pretty pleasant, and slightly unusual feeling so you ought to know if you managed it.

        I think back to one of the first posts I made on here where I asked if eliminating involuntaries was a cornerstone of beating PE. I think in most cases if probably is.

          Relaxing was definitely a HUGE part of it as well. I figured to take it day, by day.. The less worry one has, the less pressure they will have to perform.

              • I find it easiest to relax my balls. When I get close, it is a much easier picture to relax my balls than to RK. The effect is basically the same, but relaxing your balls and letting them hang lower reduces the pressure in the PC when your balls draw up as you get close to cumming. This is certainly easier than trying to fart or picture breathing through my anus.

This leads to me kind of having to hold my breath a good bit as well as what feels like too much blood flowing to the head due to the hard contraction of abs/ Am I doing in completely wrong, because I find it very difficult to train/do as a result.
