  • I've read that it's important to get the PF muscles stretched and relaxed first, then you gradually start adding regular kegels to strenghten it. So maybe start with only reverse kegels and squats.

I'm avoiding all sorts of regular kegels, but during stimulation they're like unstoppable. Also stopping kegels also led me to lose a lot of EQ, because I was used to do kegels to force more blood into my penis.

      • Edgeing , jelq, add some kegel bacl in or replace some rk with squat or other stretch exercises.

Through it all Drummer puts in the hard yards, Pegasus sits on a cloud going hmm and the pe gym site moves forward.
Someone just liked this post .
You know what I like it to .
Drummer overcame his pre e though it was a stubborn case by resolute action. I continue to ponder and the site continues to move forward as others claim it's actions and advocacy as their own .

                  • I just wanted to add my 2 cents. This whole RK'S routine does take time to actually getting your Kegels strength , timing ON POINT. 6-12 months I believe is a minimum.

                    • Many guys find they can use this technique quickly, if they have already developed their rk with an out of sex routine .
A standard development with edging would be stop/start then perhaps plateau edging and then a form like this one involving rk or perhaps a kegel form . From here you could move on to mmo styles.

Is this accurate timing to train my pelvic muscles? I have been doing an aggressive routine heavily set on RK's for about three weeks now (trained kegel only for a month previous to the RK routines) and I still can't seem to over power the IK's that occur shortly before PONR. I don't mind putting in the work for as long as it takes but it's nice to know a timeline of sorts for improvement in muscle strength. I am sure this will vary depending on how much one trains...

It is unreal how eye opening all the information on these forums are. I literally read threads and a light bulb goes off in my head. We are all going through similar problems and it's nice to read posts from others on how they are dealing with it.

                          Great thread.

Well i guess the improvement with the IKs is going to be gradual,by that i mean you won't wake up one day and then BAM,no more IK's.You will probably get fewer and lighter IKs as time and training goes on until they're note here any longer. As a time frame i'd say if you train regularly with proper intensity, improvement could be noticed after a month and a half, maybe two months.

Thanks for the answer, I will look for them to get gradually weaker!
