The second one is the anterior pelvic tilt, although in this picture it is exaggerated, it is usually followed by rounding of the shoulders (kyphosis).
As for cold showers they help with PremE (at least that is their effect on me) mostly form the psychological standpoint because after a cold shower my thinking is much sharper i have no negative thoughts and I feel more in tune with my body very similar to how I feel after meditation. The best way to actually see the effects is to try it out, simply start with warm water and gradually decrease as much as you can, and every next time you shower decrease warm water more. Some go cold right away, but I don't like to shock my system too much. In time your body simply gets used to it (but never fully, that is one part of why this works).
