Alex in this topic has a pretty interesting idea, that I think most of the time might not be that good of the idea. But since I am somewhat known for spending way to much session time in the PONR area (since I just love the sensations there, and not to mention soft wave orgasms that tend to occur if you hang long enough) that I might have conditioned my body to go to ponr faster (not as fast as before I came here mind you) then "usual" in since I'm drawn by sensations. So by doing what he recommended there, in other words having sessions that only last till the very first far sign of coming ponr, I might be able to condition my body to want to stay in that before-PONR-area more.
Of course I won't be just edging until that point, but I will try to control my arousal via different techiques that I know to keep my self as long as possible (or at lest for 30 minutes). In that way I am not neglecting stamina. I will also try later on to bring variety (sometimes it would be furious fist pump, sometimes will be slow and sensual etc).
It is definitely an interesting experiment, that I would not have payed much attention if I didn't have that horrible session described in previous post. So, ironically that bad session was good, because it made me pay attention to something it didn't even occur to me. One can't but laugh a little, and eventually be glad that in a way there is good to be had from bad.
Which is in a way is the whole overarching motif of this topic "to take what is bad, accept it, use it and turn in into good".
