    well the first time i ejaculated during sex, It was PE for sure like after 10 seconds i came. Second orgasm i had after like 3 minutes and the third one took me 7 minutes and at each time i knew i came. There were definite spasms exactly the same as masturbation and the semen didnt dribble. It was the same as normal ejaculation.

    Anyways, i am new to this website and found the concept of kegels controlling PE very intriguing. I Also belive in my subconcious contributing to over arousal triggering PE in my early childhood. So i have to control that too.

    i have read some posts here and now i am well versed with the concept of regural front and back and reverse front and back kegels.
    i tried doing front and back kegels and was able to discern the two muscles easily and i found that i am very good at both front kegels. i can seperate both muscles and contract each for 3-4 minutes in one go to the point where i can feel each muscle vibrating and hold it. I can do it for more time than this but i choose not to.

    Then i read more posts and found that front reverse kegel bc muscle stretching is very important for curing PE. I can definitely isolate the PC muscle in back reverse kegel but i am having difficulty isolating my Bc muscle primarily because there is no sensation there. you can feel the muscle moving when u do front kegel, back kegel or back reverse kegel. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO FEEL WHEN I DO MY FRONT REVERSE KEGEL WORKOUT??? the balloon expansion feeling... that was just in my mind. i tried to feel the movement of my Bc muscle during front reverse kegel with my fingers down there but couldnt feel any movement what so ever...WHAT AM I DOING WRoNG??? i want to know the exact feeling of this process...

    I am incorporating this pelvic stretch exercises...

    okay since i discovered i am really good with front kegels. i tried it during my masturbation session and when i reached the PONR i was able to stop the semen but my penis got limp afterwards. I read ur post MINUTEMAN and i found it was definitely a retrograde ejaculation. WHY DID I DO RETROGRADE EJACULATION??? was my timing out? is that the case?... I think i did strong kegel on my first spasm.. but i am not sure... TO get DO's we are supposed to do strong kegel on ournfirst spasm? if we do it on second it results in retro ejaculation as posted by MINUTEMAN. I just want to confirm, strong kegel at first spasm for Achieving DO's, right????

    Also about the feeling of getting stuck at the PONR and having that feeling of pleasure escalating in u is divine!!! i had the same phenomenen around 9 years back and i loveEEEDDDD it. But i didnt understand what it was at that time and havent been able to achieve it ever since. I read in MINUTEMAN's post about this and i completely agree with him on this divine feeling of pleasure. I will try and achieve that state with experienced members contribution. If they help me through the process of course

    I have another question. When edging i do reverse kegels to reduce the arousing sensation and take me back from the feeling of ejaculation. it does seem to take me back from the PONR but when i start edging or balooning again, like after 2 or 3 seconds. Time it takes me to reach the PONR again is like 2 or 3 seconds. So i dont know what i am missing here coz in theory it is supposed to give me more time till i reach my PONR again??? isnt that so??

    WHAT AM I MISSING AND WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO??? I have to cure this and i am sure with the guidance of experience members i can do it!!!!

      This only leaves either age, or very high arousal.

      You should feel a sort of inflation in the area around your testes and around your penis. Read this topic for more info.

      There are several things that might cause your retrograde ejaculation, missing that firs spasm is one of them, the second is usually not having a good tecnique. You can read in great detail, and if you wish ask the follow up questions here.

      Doing reverse kegels near PONR causes different stuff to different people, but mostly they fall in two categories, to one it takes them further away from PONR, for others it brings them even closer (or makes them ejaculate).

        i read both the links. This is what i found out

        Yesterday i had partial ejaculation and today as i practiced i had dribble ejaculation. My kegel lock was strong enough to subside the first spasm and the second one was non noticible i think. Maybe i got xcited and lost the hold after that, or maybe it wasnt strong enough in the first place.

        I have these questions if u can answer em

        i have a few questions,

        1. I can hold strong front kegels and for good duration but when i do some part of my PC muscle also moves? Is it okay?

        2. Whenever i try to isolate my PC muscle by doing back kegel, first my bc musles moves and than i tap the pc muscle. Meaning i have to do a front kegel first in order to achieve the back kegel? what am i doing wrong? I can perfectly distinguish the two muscles by their movement.

        3. When i am doing front kegel, although it is strong enough but if i do back kegel with it simultaneously, my grip becomes stronger on front kegel! can i use the energy of both muscles to perform DO?, since using my PC musle while contracting my BC gives me better strength.

        4. I cant seem to stretch my bc muscle while doing a front reverse kegel. There is no movement. I can only imagine the balloon feeling and it makes me feel that it is moving. In real there is no movement. I have put my finger there while doing front reverse kegel but couldnt find anything moving. While in the case of front,back kegel and reverse back kegel, i can feel the muscle moving. I tried to discern the movement of Bc musle while urinating, but i didnt find any movement. How do i know for sure i am stretching the BC musle.

        5. like in doing back kegel, first my bc muscle tigthtens and then my PC, same is the case with back reverse kegel. Although as i mentioned in Q4 i cant dicern the movement of my bc muscle while doing front reverse kegel. so i am only assuming it moves first before pc musle moves. is this normal?

        • You should not attempt DOs lightly because it can cause damage. My recommendation to you is to go trough the pelvic floor routine if you want to get better at DOs also you should master timing and techique. All of that is described in the dry orgasm guide.

          As for the questiong you have already asked them in this topic, so no need to copy/paste.

            Also i am in no rush to perform DO's, i just thought with a strong pelivic muscle i should be able to pull it off. I guess its not that strong.

            I ll practice balancing my pelvic floor first now.

            I ll keep posting regarding my concerns

              It is not that you can't, it is simply bad etiquette. But when people are new someplace they are bound to make some mistake so I hope I didn't sound too harsh.

              Also if you have questions about the DO guide you should ask them there, so that other people that are reading about that subject can more easily find it.

                  I'm currently on level 1 and my EQ both my EQ and flex stamina has increased tenfold!

                    You should start some sort of pelvic floor routine. You can find one here. Focus only on level 0 and level 1.

                      so you will have orgasm or partial orgasm & no ejaculation and the penis is still hard


                      but my question how long will it take to reach another orgasm are they just few minutes or seconds or it will take a suitable period of time to have urge again and make another perfect DO ??

                        Short answer:

                        You can have partial orgasm, orgasm itself isn't quantiative, you can have partial ejaculation or partial DO.

                        If you actually have a perfect DO you can get the urge right away or if you slow down the tempo then later, how ever since you had an orgasm you will be able to exert more control over your next perfect DO.

                          • Let me share what I just wrote in my progress log thread:

                            I'm kind of semi-MMO. Something like a year and a half ago, I started training for MMO with Barbara Keesling's and Mantak Chia's books. Both materials suggested results in a couple of months at most if you committed to the exercises. I didn't really like the mystical aspect of Chia but did read the book and there's obvious similarity to the western medicine approach of Keesling. However, I had trouble understanding why they both suggest a heavy kegel at PONR when it's obvious at least to me kegeling is a fast-lane to PONR and beyond.

                            I've been stuck here for a year now: When I reach PONR and kegel, I could easily hold it strength-wise, but it's the nervous system that takes control. I can feel it like it twists my arm, the PC just relaxes into that pulsating mode and I "leak". It's kind of half-way there, it's a full-blown orgasm all right, but I can continue with just a dip in EQ and arousal scale.

                            On a good night it just takes me back to 6-7 on the arousal scale and things are good. On a bad night, I fall to 3 at most and for a while I get that post-ejaculatory "why bother" feeling with the effect on EQ as well. If I just keep on thrusting, I recover in a minute and I'm good to go for another orgasm, by which time I just don't have the strength or willpower to push my luck for a third round and I don't even try to make it a DO.

                            I've done my share of kegel/rk training and I've gotten pretty good at isolating the front from the back. In fact this might have been my downfall.

                            You see, I was just recently edging, and for some odd reason while stumbling around PONR, I did a hard back kegel. Boy did it feel strange. I didn't get that prostate-clenching "too-much-to-handle" rush over the edge like I do with front kegel, and I was so close to having a complete DO without even the need to stop stimulating. It wasn't a complete DO but much closer to what Chia/Keesling describe what should happen when you kegel hard at PONR.

                            So now I'm thinking, what if WE over here at PEGym have overanalysed the PC/BC system and what Keesling and Chia are talking about actually is about clenching the back kegel, ie. the anus region, rather than the front kegel, which simply seems to overstimulate the prostate even more?

                              • Of course you may be right. It might be just a front/back balance thing and in the future it might be useful to include the front kegel more.

                                It just never made any sense to me why the authors of those MMO books recommend kegeling when the front kegel is a rush towards and past the PONR for me, and several other people have reported a similar effect as well. Now if they actually mean a back kegel, it suddenly makes sense.

                                Concentrating on strength and control of the front kegel naturally seems to be the obvious solution, as it directly feels affecting the penis rather than the anal region. But now thinking about it, it actually might be exactly the back kegel that "closes the valves" and prevents semen from advancing too far, leading to a retro or a partial ejac and consequently into the post-ejaculatory state. "Closing just the front gates" by an isolated front kegel might make it just a partial ejac, which would explain the ability continue, but with a dip in EQ and arousal state.

                                Now this is just my own interpretation, but it would make sense why I haven't been able to progress into true consistent DOs, and yet these couple of times lately that I've gone past PONR holding a more rear-biased kegel I've been able to continue stimulation while having an orgasm, and I've been able to maintain the high arousal state and EQ as well.

                                Now at some point I've read through all the MMO discussions on this site but remind me, is front/back kegel directly related to the distinction between PC and BC muscles? PC for rear and BC for front?
