Anything more & she starts asking me to ejaculate. I just never realized how well timing your RK'S & Kegels worked until I started trying them out on a fleshlight.
Yes this is common I have often found I want sex to last longer than my female partner .

    • Quick question brand new here, thank you very much by the way for your kegels routine post, i wanted to know as i jave t gotten through reading it all yet, after the 4 month detox from porn, masturbstion and orgasms, once you start the routine to strengthen the 4 pelvic muscles, how long (weeks, months etc.) Are you supposed to to them for?

        • Sorry got confused on here not sure if i posted/replied elsewhere or if im double posting the same thing again. After the 4 month detox from porn, masturbation and orgasms how long does one do the routine for the 4 pelvic floor strengthening? (Weeks, months, etc.)

          • From memory MM advised against porn but is not anti edging or orgasms. The time line is well explained if you read carefully .

I think great voluntary control of all pelvic floor muscles is the most important thing for PreE. It is uncontrolled tension that is bad not strength. That's why the kegel to reverse kegel exercises in this guide are so helpful. I especially like the lightest possible kegel to lightest possible RK just to figure out what 0 tension feels like.

You aren't a beginner anymore. You know what negative progress indicators feel like. I think you would be helped long term by adding kegels even if its just so you fail and learn again what failing feels like.

              • Hello!
Something strange happened today while edging. I tried to do this https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html (reaching ponr and doing a strong rk)

I managed to hold a very stable rk (exact same force during the whole thing) on my ponr, but a small portion of some sort of liquid cum came out of my penis. During this my penis NEVER did a spasm. It just stood there and let that thing go out.
I immediately associated that with a failed DO. But since I never had the spasms that this guide talks about, I'm not sure. And if it is a failed DO, is it a "dribble" or a "partial" ejaculation?

                Thanks!

                • i have noticed that after two or three successful dry orgasms i have some semen build up. So when i try again the semen very quickly enters the urethra and i cant hold it because it has traveled very high at my penis. I suppose that i should kegel sooner than usual because the ''hold a rk until the first spasm'' tactic dosent seem to work in this situation.

                  • Ok so i manage to have my first dry orgasms and im at half of the program. Tbh i would like some answers about dry orgasms because its not really what i was expecting. Probably many of you heard about tantric orgasm 1000 stronger than the classic one. From what i heard it's also called Dry orgasm, but from what i see now its probably something completly different. Checked xvideos and other porn sites and there is couple of guys performing Dry orgasm (but the tantric one) and its so much more intense. This one from what i see its only blocking the ejaculation. I heard about the book multiorgasmic man and from what i saw basic excersises are also kegels but with breathing and projecting energy etc. My question is did someone used this Dry orgasm technique to achive Tantric one? After i master this i want to try it but not sure if my puzzles are right am i not mixing stuff etc.

                    • Your orgasms get better with practice. Now that you know how to separate orgasm and ejaculation some of the weird, esoteric, woo woo in the multiorgasmic man may help you. For a newb its trash.

One thing that helps with better orgasms is full body awareness. Try focusing on your feet and it may help. Also relax. Letting yourself flop around like a fish and really let go will also help.

Achieving multiorgasm is a skill that can be learned and mastered. Learning how to have better orgasms will take you the rest of your life.

                      • A short post about the "complete kegel hold" mentioned in the part III.

Members for time to time ask me why even though the strength is good enough they simply cannot stop the spasms, and more often then not I respond by saying that their hold is not complete enough.

Now, at the time of writing the guide I had no bodybuilding experience and it was mostly me guessing and trying to explain what I felt was right.

So to put the "complete kegel hold" into perspective, it is the same as closing the "kinetic chain" or "plugging the energy leaks" that is often used with squats, deadlifts and pullups.

The point is that if any part of the kegel is weak, at that point you will lose too much power simply because there is an energy leak. If you kegel hold is complete, in other words if all the muscle groups are properly activated it will become easier.

All this requires TIME same as with bodybuilding, you will not get this right away, you body must first adapt to the different muscle activation patterns.

My problem, for example, at one point is that I had almost no activation of my glutes, where squats and glute bridges helped allot. Then I was surprised that that was even a thing, now I am improving the quality of my muscle activation (the mind-muscle connection) and finding that now even is there the activation or no activation, but there are also degrees of how much one can control a muscle. It seems totally logical of course, but learning it though your own body is a different thing all together.

The point is, as mentioned, it takes time, and knowledge of your own body. The more I get into developing my muscles the more I understand just how complex it is to properly (and safely) activate your muscles for deadlifts, squats, and also dry orgasms.

To be honest, I do DO very rarely nowdays, since I do not derive as much pleasure from it as I derive from soft-form MMO, so mostly what I can contribute is refined understanding of my own thoughts from a new perspective from time to time.

                        • Minuteman, any guides for the "soft form?" In your original guide, you kinda poo poo'ed this. I'm 3 weeks into following your guide. Maybe I should make some adjustments?
                          Start (Jan 1st 2017): 7.0" BPEL x 5.1" MEG (17.8cm x 13cm) w/ 1" fat pad
                          Now (Oct 9th 2017): 7.5" BPEL x 5.43" MEG (18.5cm x 13.7cm) w/ .7" fat pad
                          Goal (Revised): 7.5" BPEL x 5.75" MEG (19.7cm x 14.7cm) w/ almost zero fat pad

Soft form is a different style of DO perhaps you could explain why you prefer?

                            • I believe I mentioned this before but I'm going to ask again because I forgot. Especially with you mentioned mind muscle connection

The “complete kegel hold “ as you mentioned before is basically a towel lift. To me it feels much different than a kegel. So If i do a towel lift to failure, I can still contract those muscles flaccid where it feels the same muscle activation as a towel lift, the same sensation, but still deels different than your standard kegel. I can sorta lift my flaccid penis from doing this so much. Since you mentioned mind muscle connection. Would you think now it would be more valuable to practice "flaccid “ towel raises? In gives more time to practice the movement building that mind muscle connection faster since you can do it any time. You would also able to strengthening muscles to control ejaculation, the exact way you would need to do it with the added benefit of working the mind body connection . That seems IMO more efficient way of doing it . It's something I believe in could be beneficial, and. Mentioned often but never seems to get any traction.

                              • In fitness there is a program proven to work called “grease the groove“.

In grease the groove, you want to improve your pull ups. If you can say only do, 5 pulls ups to failure. In GTG say you hang a door frame pull up bar. you do only 2 or 3 with perfect technique every time you walk in the room. By the end of the day you might done 50 or more pull ups with perfect technique, rather thab maybe 10 going to failure. This program was proven effective, but not by building actual muscle, which it can, but the reprogramming neurological pathways and muscle fibers so your muscles become more efficient to do it. It goes back to what you said it takes time to build it and get it. But doing flaccid contractions like a towel raise manner would allow for much more practice of the movement.
