I thought posting this here is better, as it is more likely to get a response.
But first a quick observation and recommendation.
1. I highly suggest you guys check out MMs kegel master list and see the different body positions I.e. standing, walking, sitting. And notice the different difficulty you may have performing your exercises.
2. Once you find your difficult positions master the isolation in those easier positions and than once you feel comfortable. Begin training in those more complicated positions (for example for me reverse rootlock is easier for me standing and rootlock kegel is more difficult. But the opposite happens when im laying down)
The goal here is to master isolation.
My problem/question is reverse rootlock. Im at level 2.1 . But I noticed that I still tense my stomach when performing the exercise. And perform a slight reverse kegel..... Has anyone really isolated the two. And for bunker holds have you guys "cheated" your way by doing reverse kegels and then adding the reverse rootlock. Or are you guys able to do in the opposite direction without a struggle.

or maybe I stopped before the last contraction that gives the fatigue, I dunno...
