How i cured my Severe PE in a month- Comprehensive guide

  • no well i have been doing both on and off kinda thing..but i wana get into it seriously; alot of people in this forum have said they started seeing benefits when they only did reverse kegels

    another important question! is it just me that when your close to ponr and you reverse kegel, it seems to accelerate the ejaculation process???

    • Not just you, I have the same issue but think it's psychological.

      I know I'm going to cum, so I RK to halt it, but now my mind is thinking about PONR so I think it ends up pushing me closer.

      If someone who does this successfully could weigh it would help.

      I think others are RK'ing at PPONR or throughout edging and not using it as an emergency tactic.

      • It doesnt accelerate ponr for me, but does mot seem to stave it off either like most people report, we are all unique and one solution does not work for everyone unfortunately

        • I did before just regular kegels and it didn't work.
          I did kegels and reverse kegels back to back, and I I was doing a lot, and never sow results.
          Till I sow all the post of james monroe talking about just doing reverse kegels, that work for him, so I try it , and it work for me too.
          Before I try the reverse kegels I try everything, the pelvic floor balance, minutman dry orgasms.
          I was able to have dry orgasms, edged for 2, 3 hours, but on sex I was finished on 2 minutes.
          I think that as long as you don't have problems of erection just can focus on reverse kegels, and dead grip.

                If I attempt an RK close to the PONR (ie - start of orgasm phase), it seems to set off an IK, which consequently causes me to ejaculate soon thereafter. Instead, I use either a constant light RK or several shorter harder RKs at lower arousal to stay in plateau. Basically, I don't let myself get that close to the PONR, because the only way to stop it when you're that close is a DO.

                  THIS THREAD IS OFFICIALLY TOTALY DERAILED away from the original stretching excercise and into yet another ethernal discussion about reverse kegels and "not ovethinking sex" when you are fucking a hot girl...

                  congratulations... i had to read thorugh 20+ replies that do not relate to the OP at all...

                  could everyone who is not doing or evaluating the stretches go start a different thread about their issue or read 1.000.000 threads already discussing reverse kegels, RK routines and mental PE...

                  If we are about to figure out anything NEW we cant turn every thread into FAQ about reverse kegels and common psychology...

                  i would repeat last few releavnt posts about the stretches:

                  I must add my progress... i didnt have sex in 40 days so i cant fully evaluate on the improvment caused by OP's stretch excercises (i do them Mon, Wed, Fri but only did like 15 sessions and counting). But i feel my penis is pretty damn sensitive even on free days and if i try some stroking i feel like i can cum very quickly so i must also say that the "magic bullet" scenario doesnt seem to happen as nice as the OP let us to believe ) But i will defifinitelly continue because the stretches give me nice flacid length thoughout the day and who know one day it may help...

                  • ok guys i thought i would give you my 2 cents on this whole stretching thing

                    for the first week i followed what the OP said and felt it didnt really do anything aside from stretching my dick

                    HOWEVER - i recently started experimenting by place one hand with an "OK grip" at the top near the head, and placing the other hand in the same grip, whilst stretched out, all as far down past the shaft i could go.

                    i find pulling away, to the side doesn't really do anything for the pelvic floor.

                    the position you need to concentrate on for the best stretch is pulling towards your bellybutton with your penis paralel to your stomach, so to speak.

                    i found my sitting on the end of the couch or bed, i could really concentrate on this stretch, really feeling it in my pelvic floor

                    after 2 weeks of this i have practically got rid of all IK

                    be sure to take breaks and dont over do it. anyone who lifts weights will know you will never grow big biceps by doing curls everyday !!!! you need time for the muscle tears to regrow and repair, otherwise you will never improve.

                    finally another point i would make is to concentrate on eliminating kegels when pissing. this is hard at first, i often dribbled a lot , but helps retrain your mind to 'forget' this muscle.

                      I have eliminated stretching the penis I'm other directions other than upward toward the belly button as this is the only way to feel tension in the pelvic floor

                      Glad you have notices this as well and good job on the progress. Give updates as you continue these.

                      • Anyone gets their ass clenching and relaxing constantly in the beginning of reverse kegel routine??? Can this be because my pelvic floor is tightened so when i do reverse kegel, it kinda springs back to tighten it?? (Ie kegel stronger than reverse kegel)

                        • hi adios01 i see you are a newbie (20 posts) so i will give you a quick tour... first if you want to post a message please post it to a thread with discussion relevant to your question - so this would be a thread about kegels, reverse kegels, kegel routines...

                          if you read the original post which this discussion is about it says nothing about strength between kegels and reverse kegels...

                          i dont want to sound rude but it is elementary etiquette towards other users and to the original poster who created this thread to discuss a specific topic with others who are interested in the same topic... so please ask questions in their relevant forums... doing little serach before you ask, you get better chance of answer if you ask in a correct thread...

                          this thread is about manual stretching of flacid penis and its effect on delaying ejaculation... reverse kegels are different technique that is not a topic of this discussion... howevere there are hundreds of other threads about reverse kegels as you will find out when you do use the search function...

                          My PC muscle was so tight to the point that every time i had to urinate i would have to wait 5-10 seconds before my stream could pass my PC muscle. At one point i would Ejaculate with in 10 seconds of beginning masturbation. So it was pretty much as bad as it gets.

                          What did i try?


                          I had tried root lock, pc muscle control, massaging the area etc and none of them worked.

                          I tried reverse kegaling but could never get it.

                          Edging alone didn't really do anything.

                          What worked for me!

                          To cure my PE i did several things.

                          1- First off i stopped masturbating at night to break my routine.

                          2- I began edging first thing in the morning in bed. This was because in the morning you are in the most relaxed state that you will be all day. When i first started off i would edge till i felt the urge to Cum and stop. IT doesn't matter if its 1 minute or 10 just stop and get on with your day. By doing this i retrained my brain from tying in the result of cumming to the act of masturbation. I made 30 mins my goal, but during the beginning if i only lasted 5 mins that was good enough for me. I came only every 4th day.

                          3- Every time i urinated i focused to make sure i did not automatically kegal to finish

                          4- This is the MOST IMPORTANT step! I had tried every method to cure my PE to no avail, nothing worked until i started doing penis stretches.

                          What you need to do is penis stretches. While flaccid form an O with your thumb and index finger and with your pinky facing away from you, grab your penis just under the head. Pull away from your body (You may notice that you already involuntary kegal) If you don't automatically kegal, do one and you will see by doing that your penis is pulled closer to your body. So by pulling away you are stretching your PC muscle.

                          Pull away from your body at all angles.

                          Forwards, Up, Down.
                          Left Down, Left Forward, Left Up
                          Right Down, Right Forward, Right Up

                          Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.

                          Do this Every Night.

                          Over time you will notice that when stretching you will no longer involuntary Kegal and over time you will notice less resistance when performing this stretch.

                          To Conclude

                          By performing all of those steps together, you will notice a marked improvement week to week. I also gained a 1/2 inch (this might have been because my pc muscle was so tight that it shortened me a bit.)
                          I am at a point now that i can pretty much last as long as i want. I don't edge daily anymore, and i perform the stretches just twice a week now.

                          I just wanted to do this write up because i know how frustrating PE can be, and i really know how frustrating the road to recovery is. But do this and i guarantee you that you will see a marked improvement week to week with your PE.

                                I believe if you read the answers properly you will find the exact opposite... most early adopters (ammonite, SeratoBeats, me) mention that after initial improvments there is no further improvment...

                                We still dont have report from MarcusHa and we are waiting for original poster 25yr to come back after long pause and tell us how long did it took him to see the results so we can all put our excercises into time perspective (we dont know if the OP was stretching for 1 months or 6 months, etc.)

                                Please if anyone had any success with this stretching come here and report, please.
                                I may be wrong in evaluating the answers in this forum but so far no one mentioned contradicted my assumption.
