How i cured my Severe PE in a month- Comprehensive guide

My main problem is that I'm not even sure these things stretch my pelvic floor muscles; it feels to me like its just stretching the penis shaft itself and the skin where my penis attaches to me body.

    However it should also be noted that I have over a year of experience with with RK and other relaxation techniques and as such my pelvic floor is pretty damn relaxed now. Maybe that's why I don't feel anything, My IKs are pretty much gone anyway.

    I am currently working on the more phdcological side with regards to the plateau phase etc. That and trying to get laid to see if all this has actually worked...

    Anyway, I'm gonna keep doing these occasionally because they might help and it's not exactly a huge effort.

    However I'm still going to do them. I see it as a placebo effect or having an edge. Doing something is better than doing nothing so I figure id add these in every other day for the hell of it to see how it goes


    If hypnosis sessions were cheap I'd be going to them because I almost guarantee the issue is embedded in our subconscious and I hear hypnosis truly works wonders for people

      I just stop regular kegels and concentrated on reverse kegels I do 100 every other day.

      O and I almost forgot at the end when I feel that I can't keep going I let my erection drops a little bit, and every three days before I finish my edging, and if I didn't ejaculate
      I make 250 jelks, and I used to do horse squeeze, but I injured the the right side of my penis.

          Focus on looking at the issue from a different perspective, being positive and confident and finding ways to clear your mind. This is your only issue.

          I have had the same problem. My issue has never really been a physical one. I don't really get involuntary kegels but I still do the exercises to have an edge

          • You seem very negative about fixing the issue, yep you do I agree with other posts

            You seem convinced nothing will work and judging by your posts your mind seems to be the issue.

            Not only that, if your control hasn't changed even after all the physical exercises I truly don't believe your issue is a physical one. Everything based on your posts leaves us to believe you have head issues

              Nobody here can diagnose your PreE.

              You need to figure that out for yourself while edging based on Ammonites post about common causes of PreE.

              Do you overthink sex?
              Do you tense up during sex?
              Are you overly sensitive to stimulation?
              Is your mind cluttered during sex?
              Can you get yourself laid on a consistent basis?

              You have to piece the information on this site into a routine that works for you.

              It took me a month of reading + trial & error to find what was wrong and how to start fixing it.

              Then another month of that routine to see significant progress to a point where PreE is not really an issue.

              It should be a fun process to learn about your body and see improvement as you observe and learn.

              Admittedly much more fun if you can land a casual relationship to get real experience in along the way.

                  My PE is 80% mental 20% physical, the thought or image of pussy makes me reach ponr but I can get a bj for 25 minutes

                  Please, how did the casual relationship thing work out? Did you gradually take longer the more used to it you got? I'm thinking of getting into one but not sure if it will be a waste of time and if id be a 30 second man throughout the whole thing

                      I'm getting premature ejaculation when I masturbate. I don't overthink masturbation. I don't tense up and my mind isn't cluttered and I do masturbate on a fairly consistent basis. Yes, I'm overly sensitive to stimulation once I have a full erection.

                      At the moment I'm doing reverse kegels as part of my routine but I'm trying to do them more properly this time.

                        Well, you probably arent overthinking masturbation, but you are likely completing the "task" in a way that perpetuates the PremE, and this translates into actual sex, and your mind is probably becoming cluttered with thoughts of "oh god I hope I can make it longer this time"

                          If you're not morally against it, have casual sex.

                          You need to demystify sex for yourself and see it for what it is, something a lot of people do every day.

                          Plus it will give you confidence and a true gauge of where you're at in terms of progress.

                            One thing that really helped me was reading Minuteman's guide.

                            Granted I don't DO and I don't use a lot of this advice, but what you need to take from his posts is his mindset.

                            He is very observant and emotionally detached from how long he lasts during edging.

                            He's only interested in experimenting with new things and learning how his body reacts to them.

                            If you want results you need to start learning all the subtle reactions your body has to stimulation and how to reprogram them to make you last longer.

                            • Anyone reckons alternating kegel and reverse kegel routine (kegel then reverse kegel straight away without rest) is better than exercising kegel and rk separately?? Whats the downside of doing reverse kegel only?? For short term..

                                if you have only done kegals in the past clenching the pc muscle endlessly and not doing reverse kegals.Doing only reverse kegals will be the answer to balancing the pelvic floor.
