So I attempted this a couple of time over the past 2 days. I can notice when the plateau phase is happening as there is a pleasurable tingling, a warming feeling that I used to think was just the start of orgasm. At the moment I either feel a wave of pleasure and then it disappears or it becomes too much and I start to IK and feel like I will cum. But I know the start of it and have managed to stay there for a few seconds. It's going to take a long time but I feel at least now I know what I'm supposed to be doing!.

I'm not sure about keeping an erection as that was not one of my issues, mine was reaching PONR too quickly and uncontrollably. I'm not done yet but I've come a long way. I dealt with that by reading as much of this forum as I possibly could and started my routine by fitting in edging sessions when I could. Over a few weeks I went from only a few minutes to over 15 minutes of constant lubricated stimulation. Then I got the fleshlight and started all over again. I can now do 10 minutes in that without stopping. Along with this I did 30 minutes of very slow lubricated stimulation while concentrating on not IK’ING, then I moved on to doing reverse Kegel post urination stretches. I also do Minuteman’s DO Guide routine with deep squats and horse riding stances. ..I also recommend jelqing.
I guess my point is to mix up the routines and keep the body guessing. Take a routine and work it and then move on, then come back to it. In the end I don't expect to know exactly how I cured my PremE, but I'll know I succeeded when I make my wife cum!

Yes it does translate to sex, but I haven't gotten to test it as often as I like!
Seriously though, it does translate but not 1 to 1, I have definitely added several minutes on to sex which used to be almost always less than 1 minute.

I'm still working on perfecting my edging technique. As the stimulation and arousal increases, I feel an incresing tension in my PF. I try to fight and get relax it in a way but it's like a loop that returns all the time. It is similar to the feeling that is going to be an IK.

That is the the ik's, an ik isn't just the spasms that lead up to and cause you to ejaculate, they slowly contract throughout. In pre e once they start it's followed almost immediately by ponr, you can't fight it, staying relaxed through the exercises your doing and slowing down will diminish the strength of the contractions and the time it takes before they start happening.Originally posted by hoochiNn View PostI'm still working on perfecting my edging technique. Yes, I couldn't fight the IK’S once they started either, and one of the ways I got around the IK during fleshlight edging was to recognize the signs of increasing EQ before the IK'S that lead to PONR even start. It took several weeks but I now can identify an increase in EQ and start applying a RK-RRL really early on and if I sustain it for a number of concentrated breaths I can feel a reduction in EQ. I did 17 minutes straight in the fleshlight while in missionary position just this morning, and i stopped without PONR, and just a few months ago I wasn't lasting more than a minute. Hey.
I've been practising this routine for 2 months now.
I started off with the basic IK control and a reverse kegel routine.
I was wondering if I have experienced the so-called plateau.
For me it's a point where I can keep imagining sexual things and/or edging WHILST deriving pleasure and not feeling the need to cum.
It feels good and warm but I feel in control. I also feel a slight tingling in my head.
I usually get this feeling after 10/15 minutes of gradual edging. I almost never reach PONR during my 20-minute edging sessions and all my releases are controlled.
The way I reach this state is first getting sufficiently aroused to maintain full erection (which can varies in how long it takes), then gradually increasing imagination until I reach an arousal level that I can maintain indefinitely.

For those who suffer from PE wouldn't it be better to use a tight grip while stroking slowly? My point here is that we have to get used to the tightness and wetness of a vagina so I think the firm grip as well as the lube should do the trick (patience and practice are also keys, of course). What do you think?
