    Don't change anything, if it's working keep it up, but definitely try to edge as much as you can.
    If it's hard to find time and space from the misses, use what time you have, in the shower, before work ( get up half an hour early possibly ) and wherever you have little windows. Edging will work I have no doubt.

      Thanksfor your input lln, i always appreciate you checking up on me man. Well i had a morning sex yesterday. I started off with condom, no ponr into about 4 mins and mrs wanted me to take the condom off so i did. Normally i would reach ponr in about 30 seconds without condom BUT! I didnt reach ponr for another 7 mins. I actually felt like i could control the sensations. So we had sex for another 7 mins which makes upto 11 mins total. I couldve gone longer but i had to get ready for work so i came at around 12 min mark. It was so awesome! Especially because i didnt have to stop in between except when we changed positions. My girlfriend is feeling the change as well. I dont know where this change is coming from but its great. Hope it stays this way. I have been doing less kegel rk routine as i tend to get haemorrhoids from rk here and there.

            Ok not so happy today but it mightve been my fault for being weak. I thought i can watch a porn with the progress ive made and also simply because i didnt see one for about 2 weeks and felt like seeing one. So i turned on the porn, and decided to have a fap. Within 2 mins of masturbation there was ponr and it was just impossible to stop afterwards. Then i decided not to ejaculate, and have sex when my gf comes home. so we started to have sex withiut condom, ive reached ponr within 1 mins of sex again. Do you think this has got to do with porn ??? Why do guys with premature ejaculation keeps suffering from the condition if they watch porn all the time? Because some people watch porn and cum wuick around 5 mins but they have sex for long time. Should i just quit porn for good? Im willing to do that especially after todays incident.

                I think porn is one of my pre e's causes.Porn gives you the wrong idea of sex and is made to let your arousal go at a 10 level in a minute.I'm one month of no Porn.I didn't have sex since then but I think this period of no Porn can help me to understand my arousal levels and reset them.Keep on edging with no porn.You 're lucky because you have a girlfriend,so stop porn and keep on edging and have a wonderful sex with your girlfriend.

                  Some things you have to remember, you won't overcome it overnight, you can make big progress, get to a point where you last 15, 20 mins and then the next day or day after that ponr hits in 1 min again. Lots of factors, but Mainly it hasn't been enough time, your reversing pre e, Cumming within 1-3 mins that you've had for x amount of years, it takes a lot of those 10 min sessions, consistently to be able to maintain it and continue making progress.

                  Porn may have aided in you hitting ponr so quick, not because of arousal, you lasted 10 mins with your girl, so it was just your brains natural reaction to porn ( quick ponr, orgasm ). And also fatigue, time since you last ejaculated, intensity ( willing to bet you went a little bit more intense since you went 10 mins with the misses ).
                  So basically don't think about ponr, when it approaches slow or stop for a sec, keep it going as long as you can.

                      So i think i might have found something else that i believe have been helping to cure my premature ejaculation. Im not saying this has fixed my premature ejaculation solely on its own but i definitely did see improvement in regarding controlling sensations. The product is ginkgo biloba. Now, i didnt start taking this product to fix premature ejaculation. Im a pharmacist so i work in a busy environment (in australia anyway) where i have to constantly be focused and checking scripts and drugs before handing out to the patients. I had foggy brain which didnt help at all lol. So i asked a naturopath in my store and she said try start taking ginkgo. Its meant to help you get better circulation which ultimately leads to better blood supply to the brain, hence improving cognitive function. So i took it once a day for about a week recently and thats when i saw the massive improvement (i posted about it a few days ago) then i forgot to take it for a couple of days and premature ejaculation came baack. I started to take it again for a few days now and im actually taking it for my foggy brain as its affecting my personal life as well where i cant concentrate on conversations i have with people for about 1 min or so. So hope tjis fixes both also! It gives such a great erection lol

                        Not a good sex session! My partner wanted to have sex without condom so i tried. Ponr every 30 seconds so hard to stop as well..why is this happening again lol so depressing after being able to bang for 15 mins nonstop

                            Thanks lln, i have been edging here and there. Todays edging session was great. Looked at some photos of naked girls to get some erection going then i was watching these little 2 min clips of naked girls just showering or fingering or just walking around etc. it wasnt as epic as porn so i liked it. I edged for 20 mins today. Had one ponr and stopped for about 1 min or so and resume. It was good. What ive realised is that if i focus on controlling the sensation rather than focusing on the time, i tend to control my arousal better. I do have a long way to go but yeah it felt good to edge for 20 mins!! With soemc control. Hopefully this improves and transfers into sex after a while.

                              Had sex last night for 20 mins, my sensitivity has gone down a little bit before we started. She gave me head for about 5 mins and i was okay. Then we started sex without condom. Ponr came in about 3mins or so. Held back once and kept on going for another 15 mins and i decided to come. I made my gf orgasm yesterday which felt awesome !
