I think of a little leak as a good thing. This way is good but only to develop a later trigger and last longer, for actual control it's better to slow down at ponr, balloon, but not stop, even after prolonged time when it's very hard, keep going minimally. Hmm corrected the way i do kegels the other day and ive been seeing huge huge improvements. Rk is still the same though. I used go kegel and mainly my ass muscle would tighten rather than my penis muscle (bc). I now focus on try to just squeeze the bc only. Same routine same frequency. Havent done kegel/rk routine for about a few days now. Had sex just then. She gave me oral and i could control it for about 4 mins (amazing time for me, she did go slow though) then had sex.
