    Ponr can hit after 10 mins or 30 secs, it doesn't mean your back to square 1. I know that time (how long you last ) is your goal, but it has to be sidelined in your head in order to actually keep the stimulation going and enjoy it. I know that's hard, believe me, minutes were all I used to think about, if you concentrate on the pleasure, take it slow, stop if needed it will become much easier.
    I rarely edge dry, only when lube is drying out for few mins max, because it's uncomfortable and sore on the glans. If you use lube, go slow, a snails pace, mix in light ballooning and just stroking the shaft at necessary times. Keep the same pace going until you notice ponr approaches later, and is easier to control, continue at. Then increase your edging time. After your comfortable at your goal ( say 30 mins ) of continuous edging, you can speed up, tighten grip a little, thrust etc. Then you start again, slow, work your way up, hit your goal and repeat.
    If every 2-4 weeks you last 3 mins longer with slightly more stimulation, then in 3 months you should reach near your short term goal ( but could be sooner ).
    3 day routine worked best for me, I found ponr approach quicker and harder to back off from when I edged and ejaculated on the same day.

      Ok ive been doing my kegel and rk routine constantly as stated before and edging here nd there. I must admit ive been slack with edging but i stil got sex constantly. And its not helping at all. Anything else i can add? I want to do deathgrip since everyone tried and gets some desensitisation which is ultimatrly what i need ! But if i do it on the glans as well it hurts because im cut. Should injust do it on the shaft? Or do deathgrip with lube??

                Adios, you need to edge. Everything else can be done till the cows come home, but if you aren't practicing lasting longer it won't happen.
                Edge with your girl, and edge as much as humanly possible on your own.

                  Ok ive edged with porn a few timesand this is making me more depressed because i cum in 1-2 mins even if i control myself. So ill just edge to my imagination for now. Ok LLN ill take ur advice for real and edge as much as i can and see if i actually improve. I know it wont improve in a short time period but i hope to see constant improvements over time. Is there a time limit i should be aiming for? Also, do you think i should do it with lube or no lube?i have been doing it with lube but some people say its gna make u more sensitive..what was yours?

                    You should set yourself whatever time you think, say 15 mins, and make sure you try hit it. You will have to slow down and probably stop a lot in between to reach 15, but it doesn't matter once it's kept going ( even stopping for 3 or 4 mins is plateau edging ) and you near your target. Each week the improvement should only be less and less stops and slow pace etc, until 15 mins is easy so you increase to say 20 mins ( can be more ). And repeat.
                    Then things like tighter grip, harder positions, thrusting included.
                    Yes use lube, I use lube always did, if It starts to get too much just slow down, stop or only stroke shaft, whatever you can to keep ponr at bay. You can mix dry edging and lubed.
                    No using lube won't make you more sensitive, it also won't desensitise you. The misconception among people is the need to be desensitised, all you have to do is get used to prolonged stimulation of your sensitive dick. Guys who last average or above amount of time are just as sensitive, some maybe not but some more than a pre er. There the sensations that make it feel good. Ballooning will be good for that, again mix it with your edging.
                    If every session you reach your target or near, I am confident in 3 weeks you will be posting on having longer time before ponr and more control.

                        Alright i couldnt post anything for the past week because we just bought a new puppy and was just too busy taking care of him. My girlfriend was on her period for the past 4 days and we had sex last night. I put on condom as usual but my penis wasnt as sensitive!                             Weve been together for about 7 months now. I know being comfortable with your partner can ease the anxiety but it never has to me so im kind of excited! Can regular kegels be fixing my problem at the moment? I know that the majority of people reckons rk help more than regular kegel but minority says the other. Is it all individualised?

                                I always have strong erection so i thought i had very very strong kegel thats why i followed rk only routine but it didnt seem to make any progress for me. I had sex again last night. One thing ive realised was that my penis doesnt get erected straight away anymore. It gets erected SLOWLY. I kinda like it this way lol.
