    Decided to watch some porn last night and edged over 20 mins but a lot of ponr came. I thought i was okay with it. Today i had sex with gf and ponr came way too early and only last about 6 mins total. I must admit i wasnt too compliant with my kegel routine as before..will this have an effect too?

          Yesterday sex was not too good. She gave me head for about 1 min and i was already at ponr so i stopped her, put condom on and had sex. I lasted for about 5 mins straight but i think its because i already stopped one ponr. She didnt want condom on so i took it off and had sex for another 2 mins or so but it was hard to control. I think my sensitivity has come back again. I must admit i havent been able to edge lately because im studying for a huge exam thats on tomorrow.

          I was just thinking though, can excessive edging make you penis sensitive as well?

            The penis is sensitive, it's sensitive for a reason. Edging gets you used to that sensitivity while still prolonging stimulation, it won't make you more sensitive.

              Had sex yesterday again without condom. My erection took longer to get there so i think my arousal was building up quite slow. Usually ponr would come in about 30 seconds - 1 min but yesterday i coudl control it for a little longer and i stopped myself at ponr. Then i could continue for a little longer which wasnt too bad. Its a bit of challenge for me as my gf hates condom lol shed rather want me cum in 2 mins without condom than 15 mins with condom haha so its a good practice in a way but i gotta edge more i guess.

                Havent been edging for the past week or so and i resumed with edging 2 days ago. First thing in the morning, edged with lube for 7 mins and came with great control. This morning i edged again without lube and once again it was pretty good control for 7 mins. I edged again about 1 hr ago, decided to put subtle nude video on and edged with lube, only lasted 3 mins. I have no idea why i keep turning on the nude videos but this must stop. I strongly believe consistent exposure to porn/exotic videos make u aroused all the time hence worsening pe. So im going to quit nude videos and porn for good from now and see how edging improves over time. But im not sure if it was the lube that made me cum quicker or the nude video tonight. Ill continue on edging almost every morning, using lube and without lube (any comments on alternating?) and see how i improve! And definitely no visual stimuli.
                Last thing i thought about was not cumming every session. I think it sort of makes pe worse.

                  Do you rk during edging? I think it is important to apply light rk while stimulating. You can adjust stimulation so that it does not over power the rk.

                      I can suck in my stomach little inward and at the same time I can continue normal breathing. During edging, it brings some good control. It is different than rk and relaxes the muscles around penis.

                        Yes to all. No porn, longer edging and don't ejaculate after each session ( 3 day routine is best imo ).
                        Use lube aswel az without, balloon aswel, mix it up.

                          Havent had sex with gf for about a week and had one today. My penis was very sensitive and i couldnt control it at all. Ponr kept on hitting me from the first minute in.                             No cumming every session won't worsen it if your edging for a decent time, 20mins +. But not cumming after a 20 min session and carrying it to the next day ( or later the same day ) is very good because it does 2 things, trains the body to not go direct to orgasm and carrying it over will mean total time will be 40 or 60 mins, so you will start to demand more stimulation and last longer.

                              Edged with lube for 7 mins twice so far this week with great control of the sensations. Havent been having sex lately because gf is on her period. Just received oral and lasted about 2 minutes with 1 ponr. At times like this i keep feeling like giving up but i guess i will keep my chin up and keep edging. Been doing 10 x 5 sec kegel and about 15 x 3 sec rk daily. I think edging is more importany and kegel exercises are just an add-on so im not focusing too much on them at the moment or else i will give up!
                              Planning to increase my edging session time by 30 sec - 1 minute per week, and aiming to do about 3-4 times a week. Is this enough? Will i be seeing results if i keep edging??

                                Instead of increasing by a min or so, do 20 mins edging minimum. If after 5 mins you feel like you can't keep going, stop for a little while, or balloon or just barely rub. If you fall short of 20 mins, don't worry, pick yourself up and try harder next session. If you edge like this 3 or 4 times a week each week, 100% Improvements will come.
