I have lowered porn consumption, and not jerking off and cumming everyday for weeks now. I might play wit it a little but i dont cum often on purpose. I feel that this effects PE in a positive way.

Great pump, not much lymph at all. C-ring after pump for like 2 hours, i take it off for a min or two every like 20min. For past week or so I do 30second manual basic pull stretches forward, during day/night whenever Im in the bathroom.
Do you have any bruising or discoloration after your pumping? If not, did you have bruising when you first started pumping?
Hey getinbig.....at first I got red dots, but I would back off the pressure for the next few workouts. I learned not to use full pressure for the whole time and to gradually warm up. Similiar to lifting, even if u can deadlift 500lbs, u start with 100-200-300lb warmups. I do get discoloration, its not bad, just darker penis, doesnt bother me and I kind of like it darker lol
Great workout. Sometimes I would do basic pulls + kegels during the set...lately I cam up with doing basic pulls + Reverse Kegels after the set...I like both ways, I tend to get more turtling from doing kegals while stretching.
