    What happened to measuring day? I know you measured and we're not too happy with the results. Sorry it went that way. Looking at your log though you didn't take any rest days before measuring... Always rest two days before you measure. If your penis is too worked before you measure you will get a false low. So give it a couple days off then measure again.

    Describe in detail how you perform the SSJs and the bundled stretches please.

      Ssj: kegel blood into penis for max engorgement, ok grip about two inches or a little more up my shaft from the base, press the palm of my hand against the top of the side of my glans facing me and as my erection fades i apply more pressure.

      Bundled stretches: stretch outward, twist 360 degrees, hold, then do the same opposite direction, and left right up and down.

        I suggest you try to OK grip as close to the base as possible. Then as you apply pressure with your palm also slide the Uli yup up a little at a time.

        I always get my 360° first then apply the stretch. Then hold.

          1 SSJ lasting on and off (getting re-erect) 3 minutes
          40 squeezes
          Warm down

          Since I took about a week+ of a break, I thought I should come back a little lighter as I'm getting back into it.
          I think my routine needs to be modified as after a month of my routine I saw no results (I know PE isn't fast, but I figured I'd at least see SOME change.)

          Girlfriend says it felt thicker, I agreed, the numbers aren't showing a change though.

              This is the way I do mine as well...I can bundle (twist) a lot better before applying the stretch...and the stretch feels very effective...especially when I'm using a silicone sleeve as a grip...it makes it a breeze to twist and makes for a great stretch!

                      It's difficult, I'm by no means addicted, but I definitely have the urge to want to go watch.

                      I just know that it's better for my self esteem and confidence not to watch porn.
                      Also, considering my issues with my girlfriends past, it's probably good I don't view hardcore stuff like threesomes and assume she was used like that.. It's hard to get the images of porn out of my mind, I find it makes my judgment towards her harder because I only have porn to relate to when it comes to threesomes.

                      I am curious if watching something like lesbian porn or something not involved with a man who potentially has a very large penis would be still alright, but it feels good abstaining from PMO.

                          Stay with no porn. Even lesbian porn is giving you unrealistic views of women. This is a good thing you are doing for yourself.

                              I want to switch to the DLD bathmate super sets but I find it would be difficult to get myself hard enough every 5 minutes to do the SSJ's in that routine.

                              I just want to see some girth results.. I think I may have, but I can't be positive.
