I am just floating thru my PE jurney
I really don`t know what`s going to come next.The world of PE is full of surprises
I started very poorly with my PE.Gained about 3 mm in 3 months on lenght and some tiny bit on girth (from better EQ).Now things work a lot better for me.Things might change Undead and you start gaining more.I think it`s very possible.
Focus on gym,cardio,good food,no bad habbits,more edging etc. I think this things were my game changer.
Also I think whey protein helps with gains.I am using some Scitec Nutrition 100 % whey proffesional (with strawbarry and white chocolate).Very good whey.
I eat all day - bananas,nuts(hahaha yeah,I know sounds funny
), quail eggs and I think that eating this foods helped me a lot...loosing fat and for PE.

Now:01.2018-NBPEL 19cm(7.5);MEG 14cm(5.5)

Yeah thats a wayyyy better diet than mine, you started around the same size as me tho. Gains did come early on but i just recently starting UP again. Ohh I eat junk as well,just trying to balance it
I measure my weist often,so I can react if things are getting in bad direction.

Yeah I went from weist to chest ration from nearly 1:1
to 0.71 right now( if chest measurments are without taking deep breath).It`s good when you see some results

I decided to quit the short break and start PE again .It was feeling lazy -warming up,wrapping,stretching,edging....But I am glad that I started.
Today-bundled stretches,basic stretches and circles.Just the casual.I didn`t know if my penis is going to take the same intensity (because of the near 2 weeks break) but it was way better then expected.
Currantly the whole routine looks like this:
-warm up ,helicopters,light stretch
1.bundled stretches-2 times twist on the left x 50 sec-180 degrees;2 times twist on the right x 50 sec-180degrees. 2 more sets for the left and 2 more for the right,but this time 270 degrees.So 4 sets 180 degrees and 4 sets 270 degrees 50 sec each set.I am doing them only streight out,no other directions.
2.Basic stretches- 2 sets x 95 sec streight out,1 set of 95 sec in all other directions-up,down,left,right.
3.circles-40 circles (or sometimes end prematurely if starting to turtle)
-warm down with hot water
-some erected kegels for getting pumped
-edging 10-15 minutes
and that`s it.
I am really going to try pushing myself to add second workout for the day,when I am in a mood for it.Some basic stretches and s2s stretches sound nice.But I am going to keep it little slower for the first few days.
First day of the cicle is done.My plan is to work at least 7-8 days in a row...no rest, no ejaculation either. Hope for some good gains.starting size:07.2016-NBPEL 15.3 cm;MEG 12.6cm(4.9)

Ejaculate right before you workouts, ESPECIALLY if you trying to gain length. It relaxes your pelvic floor to the max and thats what you need if you wanna make length gains.2011 | BPEL: 6.2, EG: 5.1 |

Thats good. Tired penis is easier to stretch. You dont need any eretion quality to stretch, actually its best to be as flaccid as possible. After youve made your initial 1 inch penis gain, the next inch will come much harder...many people dont even get that second inch gain.
