    theGOAT - If you want another kittie just tell me I got 10 for giving away.Mine 4 older females got a castration appointmant after a few days...They are going to be very scared but there is no other option.Still I feel bad for them.I am thinking about the new kittie that is Britain cat.I want to be sure how "pure blooded" she is.If she is pure I can start thinking about finding a male cat from the same breed and to sell eventually kitties.Still this is just an idea.


    I did:
    - B day
    -half A day(the routine with the bundled stretches)
    It was only a half because I failed and ejaculated by mistake on edging.Then It happened again...two ejaculations for one day.My control was totally off yesterday.I decided not doing second workout for the day and just let`s have a few days rest.

    I decided to measure and I am 17.7 NBPEL standing tall. 1 mm more and I am hitting 7 inches.Wow...I`ve never thought that I am going to reach this number.Still I don`t see it as big but I am more then happy with the results.I am going to have few days rest and I am back to work.7 Inches here I come... 18 cm here I come!!!

    I am going to update my routine soon because I am increesing the volume little by little.But I am lazy now.

    I am still fucked up in my head but feeling a lot better compared to few months ago.Still antisocial,still no girlfriend, still playing video games and watching porn

      Yeah, selling kittens is an idea, just be careful who are you selling.There are stories about kittens, sent to Germany to good families, but in reality their intestines are used for threads.

        Ohh I doubt that they are going to "buy" an expensive cat instead of just taking them for free from shelters.And BTW my idea is still in very early stage


        I am back on the track after the rest days.I did A day.It was good workout.Tomorrow I got a strugle with the extender as usual.

          Yesterday-extender only. 1:30 hours.

            Yesterday full A day.
            Today full B day.
            I am doing casual edging 2x10-15 minutes a day.
            Now I am starting to do bundled stretches more then 180 degrees.Something like 270 degrees.I feel a bit burning feeling into the base after those.Not pain or anything unpleasant.Extending is still a bitch,but I am trying to keep it about 1 hour at least on extending days.

              Very interesting thread, would you have any recommendations for anyone who wants to start out with an extender? You're bigger than me so it might not apply to you, but do you ever experience turtling while you wear the device and if yes how do you deal with it? Doesn't it hurt? Or I guess the device prevents you from turtling in the first place?

                Polipus- Extenders are good but IMO the cheap once (like mine) sucks.It`s hard to do a lot of hours because of fast circulation loss and turtuling.Also I think it depends a lot on the structure of the penis.I am uncut and my head is not big so I think I am in disadvantage.But still with some knowledge you can make the things work(just like I did).First do a very good research on extenders before buying extender.I guess the money are going to be the biggest factor,but if not, than you are going to be good.I know the majority of the extenders so ask if you are wondering.Not that I am an expert,but I got a little bit of research on this.
                If you use the normal extender (no vacum chambers etc.),then I strongly recommend you to use gauze/bandage under the penis head.This is even more true if you are uncut.The other thing is that you need a good warm-up before the extender.I use a simple method with two bottles-one very hot water and one cold,glass for vodka(for example) where I mix from the two bottles until the temperature is good.After that I sit on the edge of a chair (so my penis and balls are hanging outside of the chair) and I hold the glass under my penis and I press the glass (fast) around the penis and there is a good vacum and the water stays in it.Also you can do a just a little bit of stretching and helicopters shakes before using the extender.
                Just let me tell you one thing-cheap extender is good in combination with manual work,but I think that only the extender is not going to be enough.Or it is possible to be enough but you need to spend a what of time at home with the extender.I think that almost nobody (accept people using PF ) is able to wear the extender on public...you need to put it down,warm up,put it again and so on after 30-40 minutes (at best).So I am just trying to tell you not to make illusions that you just "put the extender on and forget about it"...trust me it`s pain in the ass.If you got money,buy PF or LG hanger,PMP or something like that and enjoy life...if you are cheap guy (like me ),prepare for battle with the cheap extender

                  I am now 3-th day rest.I am finally 7 inches NBPEL Very happy.BPEL-19.6 cm(7.7inches).I experienced even some minor girth gain but I think it`s gone.It was probably from the bundled stretches.I feel the base little sore and burning after this exercise.I think that`s a good sign but we are going to see.I hope that ithe gain t`s going to stay over some time of work.I am still greedy of lenght Now my new goal is 2 mm to hit 18 cm NBPEL .After that I am going to aim for 19 cm (7.5inches).I got about 2.5 cm gain or 1 inch.1 more cm it`s not going to be so hard or at least I hope so.I got some new gloves for the fleshlight and some new gauze for the PE and I am ready to start PE soon.Still not sure if I am going to start today or I am going to rest the whole week and start after that.Yesterday I was able to pump the fleshlight for 5:30 minutes I consider that good.

                    I am back to PE after the rest.The only thing I have changed is the that I am not doing extending.Instead of that I am doing:
                    A day:
                    first workout:
                    -bundled stretches 4 x twisting left,4 x twisting right.Half of the sets of this are 180 degrees bundled,the other half of the sets 280 degrees.
                    -basic stretches 2 x 90 sec streight out,1 x 90 the other 4 directions.
                    -circle stretches 30-40 circles (until I am starting to turtle)

                    second workout:
                    -basic stretches 2 x 60 and 3x90 sec stretight out,3x90 down and up,2x90 left and right.
                    -side to side stretches-about a 100 (again it depends on the level of turtiling)
                    B day:
                    The first workout of the A day,without the second workout.Only one workout that day.

                    That`s the change.Extending is pain in the ass so I am going to take the rest from that.If I get some nice gains without the extender,I am not going to drop the extender out for now.My feeling is that is a waste of time...but we are going to see.I am changing to more bundled stretches, but little less overall time of PE during the day.This is what my intuition is saying right now and I am going to try this routine(just a little changed version of my old) for 2 weeks and see how it`s going.

                    Also I am going to do edging right after the workouts,instead of some random time during the day.Also intuition here.

                    I did two days like this:A and B.

                    Today I am going to do A day.

                    • Yesterday I did only one workout for the day.Today I am planning to do just one.I am going to do like that for a few more days and measure...If I got the same gains as usual I am not going to do 2 workouts a day if there is no need.But If I got no gains...I am going to get back again to more volume.Also my dick gets more tired lately.It`s probably from the bundled stretches.It looks like I am on the edge to make my routine too much to handle.So I am going to try that one workout a day approach.

                      I am feeling good lately.Not that there is much change in my life but I am not that much depressed anymore.I got some new stuff,I am hitting the gym again,saving some money,meeting with friends and the life overall is not that bad right now.Still I need a lot more to make me really happy,but it`s good for now.

                      • Did 2 days with only one workout.I am going to see soon if this is getting me good results just as 2 workouts a day.I am planning to rest today and after that I am going to do 2-3 more days of workouts and I am going to measure.Really hope for some gains.If this is true I am going to spend a less time doing PE...with this 2 workouts a day,with 2-3 edging seassions it`s just too much time for PE.I really hope that "less is more" .We are going to see.

                          Yesterday:Two workouts during the day ( A day ).

                          Today:One workout.

                          Tomorrow I am going to do one more workout and then ejaculation/measuring/rest days.Hope for some gains.

                          Today was terrible...depressed and sad.Most of the day was fine,until the evening.

                              • It`s been a long time since posting here.I just had 3 days of rest and 2 ejaculations.
                                I am currantly 17.9cm NBPEL...BPEL 19.8 cm(7.8 inches ).I need 1 mm more to 18cm NBPEL Very happy with the results.I am overall happy with the last cicle workouts.I am going to repeat the same program one more time to be sure,but I think it works good.From the last cicle alone I might conclude:

                                -I don`t need the extender into my rountine,because it looks like it`s doing nothing.I am not saying extending is usless,but I think I need better extender and more hours if I want to get something out of it.For now It`s only waste of time (or atleast I think so).
                                -I am not going to rest longer like it was planned to.The reason is that the gains are not slowing down.The last cicle proves it.So I am going to continue if good gains are comming.

                                My updated routine is:
                                Some days with 2 workouts a day and some with 1 workout a day.

                                Every workout day I am going to do:
                                -bundled stretches
                                -basic stretches
                                -circle stretches

                                And in the days with 2 workouts I am going to add the second workout:
                                -basic stretches
                                -side to side stretches.

                                Also I am currantly doing edging right after the workout.Before that I has been doing edging no matter when, during the day.

                                The days are going to be:
                                4 workout days,1 day rest,3 workout days.I am going to decide where to put 2 workouts a day,and where to put 1 workout a day.

                                Yesterday I did 1 workout.
                                Today It`s going to be a workout day as well.
