      Today 1 workout( it was supposed to be a rest day).
      I am a little bit lazy for a second workout,but I am going to try at least one more day of two workouts until the end of the cicle.

      • It`s been a while.I did 2 days of 1 workout and then decided to measure and ejaculate,instead of doing one more day.Today is 3rd rest day in a roll.I am 18cm finally!I secretly wanted more,but still happy.I even hitted 13.1 cm girth...ofc it`s not all of the time,but I have never measured that much...still thin but at least there is something going on..My wish is to get a tiny bit of girth gains without adding girth exercises/devices.Probably it`s from the bundled stretches or at least I hope that they are going to get me a little bit of more on girth.

        I am not in a mood for PE,but I am going to start the new cicle tomorrow probably.I can`t wait to pass 18cm and to start my jurney to 19cm.It`s going to be long waiting but I hope that I am going to get there.

        I got some small depressions here and there,but overall feeling good.

        • I am currantly done with 4 days x 1 workout a day.Today is going to be workout day number 5.I got 3 more days and I am going to measure again and rest.Everything is going on fine.The first 2 days of workout were bad.After rest,usually my dick is less stretchable and harder to do PE for some reason(probably because of ejaculation the day before).

          Also I started doing doing some kegels after the workout.20-30 erect kegels and about that much reverse kegels.I think I am doing the reverse kegels properly.After that I do some edging.I am trying not to push too much on the edging because there are a lot of days until my next ejaculation,so I am going to get crazy if I start overdoing it from now.The last 2 days of the cicle, I am going to push the edging to the point I wanna cry from high libido.

          Recently I feel my overall body health is also increesing.This days I checked out some proportions on the internet - chest to weist ration,hip to weist etc.And I was getting the perfect number on everyone of those.I felt very happy and more confident.Currantly I am 77-78cm weist (about 30-31 inches).Few months before I was 90+ cm weist.I was with a shabe of barrel.Now I got so much weist loss that I feel very proud with my results.Not that it was so hard if I need to be honest.All that I did is reducing junk and doind more cario on the heavy bag and double end bag.Also my weights are getting up.I got some whey protein and now I am thinking to buy some tribulus.I am thinking about the Bulgarian tribulus...people say that on the label it looks weak,but on reallity works a lot more.People say that it`s the best choice for the best results.I am going to buy that soon.Also I am waiting for my Captains of Chrush grippers.I am going to cry like a little baby when I get those

          Mood is a bit sucky the last few days,but at least I am happy with "the numbers".I am getting in better shape,more power,bigger penis...Now I want to advance with my accountant work and start getting more money and more confidence.Now I am simply waiting for my time to come.My plan is after 1-2 years max to have my own place,money,good looking body,big penis.

          • Awesome results man. We gonna get to see some progress pics? Or before and after?

            We NEED more evidence for PE. I support the science of PE by hard evidence, what i mean by that is I post progress pics with dates and same position/angel.

            For some reason, many people will write extensive reviews and so on but never post any pics and THAT is the reason why so many people are negatively inclined towards PE and think its a great big scam.

              • Beefster-Oh, hi man! What`s up?How are you doing with your PE?

                Yes, I want to upload pictures from quite some time.The only reason I don`t have upload pictures is that I am just lazy Also every time I want a bit more gains before uploading a photo.I am going to upload pictures really soon,I promise.
                I want to do this because I feel this is the way to get less worried about showing my penis.All of my life I feel my heart going to my stomatch if I need to expose my penis infront of a girl or just somebody.That`s why I want to make showing my penis a normal thing,not a big deal.I want to fight that fear so I am totally for that.
                I still got pictures from the beginning of PE on my computer.I can upload the old pictures and some new pictures.But I don`t think that pictures are somehow proof of PE.I mean I can think of many ways you can cheat on a picture like that.Personally I am not convinced by pictures.I think there are good arguments to be made,why PE is not a scam and you can try reason with sceptics,with other ways.But if somebody is going to be convinced by my pictures,I am totally fine with it.Today is the last day of PE for this cicle and I am going to shoot some pictures this days.

                I did 3 more days of PE and today is going to be my last day.8 days of PE in a row without a rest .All of the workout days are 1 workout per day.Also I do 20-30 erect kegels after workout and some reverse kegels + edging after that.

                I think that I am going to make some pause from PE about a week.I got some plans for going out with friends to the mountains and things like that.I think doing something different it`s going to be good for me.There is no point of doing PE 1 day and skipping the next day because I am busy.So my plans include a bit of rest from PE about a week.Then I am planning to go back strong-buying some tribulus and whey,working out more with weights and doing cardio and focus more on PE.I want to optimise my gains.

                I feel always happy when the end of the cicle is near.Now I got some measuring(can`t wait ),ejaculation(also can`t wait...my balls are about to explode) and rest days from PE.

                • Measured today and nothing new-1 mm.Being 18.1 cm NBPEL currantly x 13.1 cm girth.I feel my penis ticker lately and I think I am going to have another gains there soon.It`s slow but at least I am gaining and I am happy.If everything works the same way,I can reach 20 cm NBPEL about the end of 2017.I hope in that time to be at least 13.5cm+ girth.

                  I had some fun with the fleshlight - 7 minutes this is a record. I am going to take some pictures this days.

                  • I have a question for you. Do you think its any difference if you do multippel hours in the extender. With several hours between sets? Or is it better to do 4 concecutive hours with only few minutes between for circulation purpose?

                    • Well do what you are able to I find it impossible sometimes to put the extender on and keep it like that because my penis it`s getting tired, after some sets.My dick is starting to resist and I got no other option then try out doing some more time later.If you are able to take only just a few quick rests,then go for it.This would be my choice but it`s more of my dick`s choice kind of thing
                      Use more warm up on the breaks,it helps a lot.

                      • I am here to report 1 mm girth gain! I don`t know where this comes from,but I am happy and not asking questions.I felt like it`s getting ticker and decided to measure.I was surpised but measured multiple times and there is no mistake. 13.2 cm.

                        I am still in a rest from PE.Few more days of rest and I am going to start again.I can`t wait for some more gains.It`s so addictive I feel my heart start beating fast when I pull out the ruler to see the gains.It`s like gambler`s adrenaline rush

                        BTW very dissapointed of my friends.When it comes to friends, I got no quantity nor quality.

                          • It doesn`t metter how long I stretch.You are new to this so your time is going to be much less then mine.Also everybody is a bit different.The intensity that your penis can handle is different from another person.Start reading the beginner section that says "start here" on the left top of the screen.

                            I got 1.1-1.2 inches for a year and I think 2 inches are possible to gain.Nobody knows the exact time because everybody is a bit different.Feel free to ask questions,but just start reading the basics of PE before that.How big is your penis that you are so upset?I know what is it to feel insecure about penis
