        I did may A day.
        I add 1 more set streight out on the first workout for the day.Tomorrow workout again.

          Yesterday B day.-1 hour and 10 minutes of extender + basic stretches.Keeping some edging going on just for the "pump"-nothing strict.I need to start paying more attention to edging,kegels and relaxing the PF.

          Wow I got another 2 cm down from my weist for a week and a little The good thing is that I got no power loss or missing numbers from the biceps,chest,legs etc...only from my weist.

          My mood is ok the last few days with very tiny exeptions.

            Yesterday was rest day/ejaculation day but I did some PE anyway- bundled stretches+basic stretches+circle stretches.Today Extender(hoping for at least an hours)+basic stretches.

              Yesterday- did my B day without the second workout of basic stretching.Instead I did little extender.Today Is a workout day as well.Tomorrow probably rest and measuring.Fingers crossed.

                I haven`t written for a long time in here.There is nothing so much to say.I measure one time 17.4 cm NBPEL and the other 17.5 cm.So I am not sure if I got 1mm gain or not.Very strange...Most of the times I am sure if I got gain or not.Not that 1mm is a big deal so I am looking to continue with my PE and my plan is to hit 7 inches NBPEL soon on most strict measurments.I can be there after 2-3 weeks without a problem if everything is fine.My Meg is 13 cm now (finally).It may sound like 1 mm is nothing,but I am happy because I know that way that I am going in the right direction with my PE routine.I am not sure if it`s from bundled stretches or it`s naturally from higher testosterone levels.Recently I am loosing my weist like crazy!6 cm from the weist under a month.And I don`t do any kind of strict diet...I do some cardio on the double end bag and heavy bag and things are working out great.I am not loosing power with the barbell and I am not loosing from biceps,legs,chest etc.I really think that my T levels are up lately and they are burning that fat. However I feel a little bit unproductive lately.I spend a lot of time sitting and doing nothing important.I got this bad times that I can`t get anything done.Hope that this phase it`s going to change soon.It happens from time to time.

                I had 3 days rest...and I am going to rest today as well probably.The problem is that the front part of my extender is broken...I need to use some super glue (again) on it.I use that part not only for the extender but for basic stretching as well-on bundled stretches and stretches "up" direction.It helps me a lot...I even think about buying the same crappy extender once again just for the front part and my manual stretching...I hope to start my PE again tomorrow and hit this 7 inches soon.

                  I made my comment for Yesterday,but after that I did some PE anyway It was some bundled stretches+basic stretches and circles.
                  Today-I did my A day. Now I am doing it like this:
                  -3 sets of bundled stretches (I twist just a little so my down part to point 'UP";I count as 1 set- 1x40 sec rotated on the left and 1x40 sec rotated on the right-this is one set).
                  -basic stretches -2 sets streight out x 85 sec;2 sets down x 85 sec;and the rest direction 1x85.
                  -Circle stretches 30-40 (it depends when the turtuling is starting).

                  Second workout for the day:
                  -basic stretches in all direction-5 sets streight out x 55 sec,4 sets down x 55 sec,3 sets up x 85 sec,2 sets left and right x 85 sec
                  -side to side stretches-1 set of around 100 (depends on the turtuling again)

                  This is how my A day looks like now.I keep some edging going on but I am not even counting time and I am not so strict about not letting IKs to happen.I am not in a mood for PE right now but I want that 7 inches soon After that I am going to take some rest on size and work more on this kind of things.

                  My mood is "fine".Depressions are getting less and less.Still there are so many things I want to change in my life,but at least is not in a form of panic attacks.Trying to stay possitive and to be happy about the small things in life.

                    Good job, keep going.My goal is also 7 nbpel, and with my small fat pad I ll be there , before the end of the year.What is your EG goal?

                      My EG goal is 13.5 cm-14cm or something like that.I don`t like huge girth.I am a fan of lenght so I am going to push lenght as much as possible,but I want just above average girth.It`s just my own preference I want a penis with enough girth that is going to fill a vagina but nothing extreme.But when it comes to lenght-"sky is the limit"

                      I was a bit lazy the last few days about writting here.

                        I did hour of extender yesterday.I didn`t do my manual workout because I felt pain(just after the extender) for a few seconds and I got scared.I don`t know where it came from...it was just a few seconds and it could be from something irritating in my underwear or it could be from the extender.I am going to see how I feel today.My plan for today is to do my A day if everything is good.

                        My little kitties are now only 11...I am close to a single digit number They took 7 kitties so far-all of my albino kitties(white with blue eyes).

                          I am overall happy that they took so many kitties but I kinda miss them.I guess is for the best.They are in good families now.

                          Also I found another kittie in my backyard I took it and now I got one more (because I got only about 20 cats ) She is one of those British kitties that cost some money.I don`t know how she got into my backyard but I am happy that she did.My guess is that some of the big male cats stole it from somewhere.I doubt that somebody is going to throw away a kittie that costs some much money.I am going to wait of somebody look for her,but I secretly hope to keep her.

                            Yesterday and Today - rest.I did my measurments and I am 17.6 cm NBPEL currantly...I am ready for the 7 inch-er soon and then-2 more mm to 18 cm.It`s not that much but still probably about a month of work, if everything goes on as until now.

                            If I need to be honest 7 inches NBPEL doesn`t look big to me.I was thinking that 7 inches is going to be my goal but now I think more of 7.5 NBPEL at least.It`s not bad size and I am very happy with the results.The only thing I regret is that I didn`t found PE earlier.But I hope that I am going to start "feeling" it bigger soon.

                            I am not sure if tomorrow I am going to rest or workout.I am thinking about a week rest from PE after hitting 7 inches or at 18 cm...I am just getting tired of 2 times a day workouts for 3-4 days in a row.It`s just too much time playing with my dick during the day.If we count the edging,things are probably at least 2 hours a day streight playing with my dick

                              Wow It`s been a while since posting here.
                              -I did 1-st half the A day.
                              -I did the whole A day.
                              -I did B day.

                              -I did 1-st half of A day.

                              I am doing currantly edging 2x a day-10-15 minutes.

                              That`s it.I got nothing new to say.PE is going on well and I am waiting for the measurment day to see what`s happening.
