  • No, I don`t kegel while stretching.I mean I do erect kegels after the workout and then edging.On the other workout I do reverse kegels before edging.I`ve tried doing kegels while stretching(when I started PE) and felt that`s not good.

    • I haven`t done second workout yesterday.
      Today-1 workout:
      -Bundled stretches
      -basic stretches
      -circles.
      -25 erect kegels,did some reverse kegels early.
      -edging 2x10 min(2 times during the day)

      No increeses in the routine.

      Feeling optimistic about the measuring day.Fingers crossed.

      Today it was day 5.I am thinking 2-3 more days and going to take some rest.

      Planning to do 2 workouts tomorrow.

      • Its good to outline the exercise you do, the way youve been doing. You should also add how many minutes you spend per exercise. Reason for this is so you can increase volume. You should also add how many seconds the sets are. Reason for that is so you can increase intensity.

        Example:

        -Bundled stretches : 10min total, sets of 30sec
        -basic stretches :5min total sets of 45sec
        -circles : 3min total, sets of 30sec

        next workout, you can simply do 45sec on the bunled stretches, and that will still be a progression in your workouts. You must increase volume or intensity, not every single session but every 2-3 session is a must or you wont grow. I have a timer on my phone (basic app), and just use that. I think it def helps keping track of seconds/sets

        Week 1 you bench 50kg, week 2 you gotta do 52kg, week 3 you try 55kg...and so on. gotta progress or you congress (see that

              I agree with you Beefster on the made points.

              I was lazy and that`s why I haven`t written in more details .It was 3 in the morning here.I am doing 2 different routines and that`s why I only pointed out the exercises,to show which workout it is.The previous day I posted the exact routine with sets,reps etc.I am counting them strictly,just not posting them here so strictly.

              I increese the intensity, based on the level of turtuling at the end of the seassion.When I am doing the last set for the workout,I need to feel that my dick is getting less stretchable and it`s about to start turtuling.This means that my dick has taken the max possible intensity and reached it`s limits.If I finnish my last set and my dick can still handle more(without starting to turtle),then I increese intensity.If turtuling is happening earlier,this means I need to reduce the intensity.I base my workouts volume on this as a guide.I am trying to work on the end of the limits of my dick,but still within the frame of the limits(if this makes sense).Sometimes I change nothing on intenisty for about a week,other times my dick is getting used to a lot faster and I increese intenisty almost every workout.That`s my approach on increesing intenisty.Also when I am ready with my workout,I do some erect kegels and some edging to prevent from further turtuling.I am also using my intuition on deciding on which exercises/set/reps to add intenisty.

              I am going to try making better descriptions of my workouts,with more details and better overall quality of the log.I need to develop more constistant style of posting here.

              • Today my 1 workout failed a lot earlier.
                1. 100 side to side stretches
                2. 25 circle stretches
                3. 3 x 90 sec streight out, and 1 set of up and 1 down position.

                My dick started turtuling at this point and I stopped.It`s probably because I did my last workout late during the night and probably needed some more time between the workouts.I should`ve done it later during the day.I am going to do my second workout during the night again,having some time between the workouts.

                I finnished with edging 1x15 minutes and 15 reverse kegels.Going to do some more kegels later.

                • The second workout went well:
                  -Bundled stretches:
                  1 set twisting to the left,1 set twisting to the right x 50 sec each-180 degrees.

                  3 sets twisting to the left,3 sets twisting to the right x sec each -270 degrees.
                  -Basic stretches:
                  2 sets x 90 sec steight out,all other directions 1 set x 90 sec.
                  -Circles:
                  40 circles
                  -25 erect kegels.Did 25 reverse kegels earlier.
                  -10 minutes edging. Total edging for today 3x10-15 minutes.

                  Good workout second workout.
                  The first one was good until the early turteling.

                  My plan is tomorrow to be my last day of the cicle.I am going to do 2 days rest and measure.

                  My mood was pritty good today

                  • Uploaded some photos of me,using the front part of the extender for bundled stretches.Going to upload some more photos of me stretching and warming up but tomorrow.It`s 4:30 in the morning

                        • What is this PPP? pearly penile papules?If that`s what you are asking me,then no Still have them.Sometimes they got angry sometimes they are almost invisible.I think that the gauze under the glance,the grip while extending/stretching manually,and reduced blood circlulation for that thime is there is making them smaller for some time.I am trying not to think about them

                              • 180 dollars approximatly. I will let you know. A bit nervous😬 Also i will probably not be able to do any pe work for a week or 2.
