Today was shitty day overall.Depressions and bad mood all day.I was doing some front squats and they were terrible as well.I am little out of shape because of the two months break from the other gym and now the first workouts suck.
I did my normal PE routine. 3x- all 5 directions + 2 more sets for streight out only because I like this position,1 set of 40 stretches clockwise and 1 set of 40 anti clockwise + side to side stretches 2 sets 100 fast reps.Still not sure if I am using enough tension with the side to side stretches.Also the casual edging 3x10-15 minutes.Edging was the best part of this terrible day.
I am thinking about removing this up position for stretch.I don`t like it at all.It`s the worst position for me to stretch because of slippage.I still can do them, but even all the gauze and different grips doesn`t make them less annoying and it`1s too much battle with them.Also I am using overhand grip and the up position is very uncomfortable that way. Plus I don`t feel much stretch in that direction until it starts getting too much stretch.They are the worst part of the routine and this piss me off, so this "up" position stretches are out of the routine.

. I hate this depressions because they make me irrational and I start feeling sad because of everything in my life.Some days everything looks hopeless. Probably tomorrow I am going to do 4-th day in a row PE and then 1-2 days rest(fun with the fleshlight and ejaculation
