Everydaynormalguy-Length Only Routine

    Today was shitty day overall.Depressions and bad mood all day.I was doing some front squats and they were terrible as well.I am little out of shape because of the two months break from the other gym and now the first workouts suck.

    I did my normal PE routine. 3x- all 5 directions + 2 more sets for streight out only because I like this position,1 set of 40 stretches clockwise and 1 set of 40 anti clockwise + side to side stretches 2 sets 100 fast reps.Still not sure if I am using enough tension with the side to side stretches.Also the casual edging 3x10-15 minutes.Edging was the best part of this terrible day.

    I am thinking about removing this up position for stretch.I don`t like it at all.It`s the worst position for me to stretch because of slippage.I still can do them, but even all the gauze and different grips doesn`t make them less annoying and it`1s too much battle with them.Also I am using overhand grip and the up position is very uncomfortable that way. Plus I don`t feel much stretch in that direction until it starts getting too much stretch.They are the worst part of the routine and this piss me off, so this "up" position stretches are out of the routine.

    Hope for better tomorrow . I hate this depressions because they make me irrational and I start feeling sad because of everything in my life.Some days everything looks hopeless. Probably tomorrow I am going to do 4-th day in a row PE and then 1-2 days rest(fun with the fleshlight and ejaculation ).

      Today- 3x- all directions (accept up) + 2 more sets for streight out only because I like this position,1 set of 40 stretches clockwise and 1 set of 40 anti clockwise + side to side stretches 1 sets 100 fast reps.I didn`t do "up" position stretch and the workout was feeling way better without them.I hope that this is not going to affect my future gains.Next workout I am going to reduce the number of left stretches because of the difference between the left and right ligment.I am thinking about more down and streight out stretches and adding more sets side to side.I hope that this changes are going to be well calculated without making my routine too much/ not enough intensity. Edging is good today -casual 3x 10-15 minutes during the day.My dick is begging me for ejaculation.Tomorrow is going to be rest day and ejaculation with the fleshlight.My plan is to do second rest day in a row and then go back to my routine.

      I am in a better mood today and hope about the same thing for tomorrow.

        2 mm gains on NBPEL under a week I was not supposed to measure but couldn`t resist it.Sometimes I measure because I get paranoid that I am loosing gains for some reason.It was a good surprise!Not only that my gains are there,but I got more then I was thinking.It looks like the gains are starting to come really fast.It`s taking less time to see this gains...I got 2 mm for just under 3 weeks then the next 2 mm for two weeks and now under a week.I was thinking it`s supposed to work the other way around (not that I want that to happen ).Still angry at myself that I can`t resist the need for measuring.I really want to see more gains at once so I need to stop measuring so often!

        I am really starting to see the things now.When I started PE it took me a month for 2 mm gains and then 2 more months for 3 mm.It was really slow,my dick was resisting with the exercises a lot,some negative PIs sometimes,poor EQ(I was thinking it was 10/10 back then hahaha silly me).After my EQ got up,my dick started growing really good.I think that EQ is needed if you want to gain!And I think the edging is the best for EQ.Edging is the king of all penis exercises IMO.Edging is very OP!It works for many purposes.I was thinking when I was new to PE "ooh edging is stupid,it`s not going to make my dick bigger,it`s not exercise for size."-Wrongggg!
        If somebody is reading this log-edging,edging,edging!Again and again!Keep this dick full with blood all day!Make him beg you for ejaculation!Let it hang in semi erected state all day!

        Yesterday was rest day and ejaculation with the fleshlight.Only 4:50 minutes of fun . I am really happy that this is not happening during actual sex with girl.I am having delayed ejaculation during sex,but with the fleshlight- I pump few times and that`s it....this fleshlight is a nasty bastard!
        Today rest day also - only edging 3 times without counting time,just having fun.The plans for tomorrow-workout as usual.Going to try something new for the "up" side stretch.

        REMINDING MYSELF!- to go to the drugstore and buy gauze for the stretches and some gloves for the fleshlight.

          I am feeling lazy today but still did some PE.It`s my first day after the rest days and always feels lazy.But my dick is more resistant to turtuling after the rest days.My routine looks like this now:
          5 sets - streight out 45 sec each
          4 sets right stretch - 45 sec
          2 sets left stretch - 45 sec (doing less on this side because of ligment difference)
          5 sets down-45 sec
          4 sets of up using my finger on the base like it was suggested in the forum.(because it`s hard to stretch in that position...still feels little akward)
          1 set clocwise and 1 set anti clockwise circles - 50 circles each
          2 sets side to side stretchs-100 fast reps ( I am getting tired in semi squat position for more)
          and some edging after that.

          Today did that workout and It feels good.Edging was 2x20 min (I was not in a mood for more and I was busy)

          Tomorrow I got PE again.

            Same as yesterday but edging 3 times-15 minutes on average.I was looking how much time is my routine and it`s about 25 minutes of stretching without the rests and warm up and warm down.

              Today-the same workout.I am going to do it one more time probably tomorrow and then I am going to increese the volume a little bit after the rest day/days.Edging is weird today.I feel horny and I want to jerk off all the time but I get near PONR very fast.So edging was 5 times for shorter periods.

                Yesterday I did my routine again.It was feeling akward at the beginning.It was hard to grip and my penis was resisting a bit at the beginning.Edging was 2x15 minutes.
                Today is rest day and probably tomorrow also.
                I am happy with my lenght gains but I need to do something with the girth soon.

                  Did my routine today.It was after two rest days.I did the same routine but added 5 seconds to each set.It looks like my dick is trying to turtle about the end of the workout.If this happens the next workout-I am going to cut something off.Edging was fine today casual -3x15 minutes.Again I got some minor depressions lately but hope that I am going to get over them soon.

                    It`s been a few days without posting here.I did two days of rest because I was having things to do,some depressions and let`s say I was not in a mood for PE and writing here.Everything is fine now and I am going to continue with my normal PE activity.
                    I was having two days without PE and having one workout yesterday.I did my normal routine and felt good after the rest days.I had some edging 3x15 mintes yesterday.Today is going to be also workout day.

                      I had a workout yesterday and today too.Same workout but I cutted out a little bit of circles and side to side stretches.It all depends when I start feeling the turtling.Edging was boring.I am doing edging just because of the idea but I am not really in a mood for it.I am really not in a mood for PE and edging because of some depressions.If it`s not going to be a penis related depression is going to be something else.So tired of this depressions.They take my libido down.Tomorrow probably rest day.

                        Few days without posting here.I am not in a mood for PE this days and just keep some workouts going on but I don`t think much about it and forget to post here.I got no new gains to brag about and nothing new in my routine.I do my routine until the moment I feel that turtuling is going to happen.I can finnish all basic stretches in all direction 4 sets (2 only for the left) +1 more set on down and streight out.Then I do some circle stretches and side to side depends on when my penis is starting to turtle.Edging is little off this days just keeping some going on without much enjoyment.Not in a mood.Hope for some new gains soon to make me happy for a while.My rest days/workout days are little mess too.I am planning some time without PE-probably a week or two and I am going to push the edging a little more and probably finally start doing some kegels and pelvic floor work.

                            It`s hard.My birthday is coming and I am about to hit 25 and I got no girlfriend ,no friends (90% of them left the country) and just nothing new going on in my life.Actually PE is one of the few things that makes me happy.

                              Maybe start something like a sport could boost up your mood and also meet new people.Training your body and PE also is on of the best feelings!And if was you i would be happy i m just 25 and i have to live a life!Enjoying the simple things is the true meaning of life for me.

                                I lift weights but it`s at home.I feel better when working out, that`s true but still...I am trying to look at life like you suggested and that`s why I am not in a bad mood 100% of the time.Just there are days that nothing seems to work.10x for the kind comments guys,I appriciate it.
