    The last two days I did some manual stretches and a little bit of extender.I use the extender when I am in a mood.I don`t count hours on anything.I am extending currently 0.5-1 cm below my NBPEL when I use the extender.STill the glance is turning cold after 20-30 minutes and I can`t put the extender correctly every time.

    The edging was fine 2 times a day for about 15-20 minutes.I need to start counting better.I used the fleshlight this two days for about 5 minutes each time.My IKs are better when using the fleshlight,but only when I think about them.If I just enjoy the fleshlight they are comming back so I need to concentrate a lot while using it.

    Soon I think about adding reverse kegels and hindi squats.I am a bit lazy when it comes to kegels.

    Today is going to be a rest day-probably only little extender 2-3 times x 20-30 minutes + edging.

      Today- 3 sets x 30 sec normal stretch in each direction and 2 sets of 15 circles clockwise and the same in the opposite way.

      edging 1 x10 minutes 1x30 minutes the second time becase I got cought up by porn again I was like "let`s just see one picture" and then I wanted another.Then I switched to porn videos.The good thing is that at least I resisted the ejaculation.

      I am not going to extender some time because of discoloration on my glance because of the extender.I don`t have problems with the manual stretches so I am keep doing them. Even thinking about a second stretch seassion for today

        Yesterday I did second stretching workout - 3x35 sec each direction and 2x15 circle sreches.

        Today I did the same but 3x40 sec.
        Edging for today 3 x 15-20 min.

          Today 2 times workout - once afternoon and once during the night - 3 sets of 40 sec basic stretches in all direction and 2 sets x 15 circules clockwise and the same to the other side.I like the basic stretches a lot more then the circles.

          Edging 4 times today for about 10-15 minutes each.IK`s are better.Now I don`t need to concentrate so hard not to do them.It`s getting more natural to jerk off with relax PF.But IK`s still happen if I need to be honest.I still need some work there.I am doing so much edging because I feel very horny.I need to ejaculate soon.Tomorrow is going to be rest day and probably ejaculation day.I can`t wait.

          It`s very hard to resist not to measure but I want to see what`s the feeling of measuring more gains at once.Everytime I can`t wait and measure too often and I see 1-2 mm gains at a time.I am still happy with those but I want to see something more that is going to make my jaw to drop some wow effect.It probably feels good.I need the hide all the rulers.

              Last two days workouts - once per day. 3 sets of 40 sec basic stretches in all direction and 2 sets x 15 circules clockwise and the same to the other side.
              I was not in a mood for more.Edging was good but Yesterday ejaculation accident-PONR went too far.Today is also workout day.

                Today 2 workouts- 1-st 3x45 sec basic stretches all directions and 3 x 15 clockwise and anti clockwise.
                Edging 3 times for about 10 minutes,just to keep good erection for some time.

                I am thinking recently to start hanging after few weeks.I am going to do the basic stretches and see if they bring me good gains.If I see gains from manual stretches only I am going to wait on hanging.

                  Yesterday-rest day.Two times edging no ejaculation.

                  Today-4 sets 45 sec all direction basic stretches and 1 set circles-30 circles clockwise and 30 anti clockwise.I don`t like the circles. Decided to add 1 more set for the workout today.Next time I am going to do 3 sets only,it was a one time thing.

                    Yesterday 2 workouts. Each workout - 3 sets 45 sec basic stretch in all directions + 1 set of 30 clockwise and 30 anti clockwise circles.Edging 3 times for about 10 minutes.I prefer to keep the edging short but more times during the day for better hang.I am counting the time until I reach the point where I need to stop not to ejaculate.It`s about 6 minutes on porn and about double that time without porn.I can go much more time if I don`t jerk off so fast and if avoiding the sweet spots.
                    I am not sure still if today is going to be a workout or rest.

                      Today 1 workout - the same as yesterday.The edging is a bit lazy today because I am not feeling so horny.I am going to rest day or two,because I feel it`s the right choice.I am thinking about measuring after the rest days to see what is going on.I hope for 1-2 mm gain

                        Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaainzzzzzzzzz! 2 mm more on NBPEL
                        17.4 cm NBPEL currently.Sadly,I measure with hips pushed forward or sitting on the edge of a chair (it seems they both give me the same measurment).If I measure the most correct way 16.7 cm.I started my PE jurney measuring with hips pushed forward that`s why I stick with that way of measuring,but I feel guilty about it so I care more about the most strict way of measurment.The good thing is that I measure more then one way and with more then one ruler,so I am sure if the gains are really there.If I see gains with hips pushed forward,then I see the same amount of gains on the most strict way, and finally see it on BPEL,and I am using 3 different rulers-there is not room for error
                        Happy with the gains.It looks like 7 inches is getting closer. I am going to continue with the stretches only because it seems that they are getting me some good results so far.


                        Yesterday was rest day and ejaculation with the fleshlight.It was miserable 6 minutes action.It was nice but I want to last longer.It`s very hard not do IKs when teasing the glance with the fleshlight.

                          Today was workout after two days of break and it felt very lazy.It was good workout but my dick was trying to resist the stretches for some reason.There are days like this. 4 sets of 45 sec each direction + 1 set 40 circles clockwise and anti clockwise + 1 more set 45 sec for the streight out and down position because I love this positions :P Edging was kinda lazy too- 2 times only for today but a bit longer like time.Today I feel like shit because I was having sleeping problems all night.Finally I got asleep 8 in the morning and I woke up in the afternoon.

                            Same workout as yersterday.Some edging- 3 times during the day.I am thinking about adding some side to side stretches from tomorrow on the end of the workout.
