    Hi EDNG, your posts about your kittens had me laughing out loud. I would take those cute little kittens to somewhere public and let all the hot chicks come and pet them and give them away with your phone number. Maybe a win win situation. Either way give them away while they are still cute kittens and not adult cats.

    Sorry to hear about you depression. What's up? Why so sad? I can relate to the depression, and i think there is a natural place for it. But it can't run your life forever. Hope you can get a handle on it soon.

      I get you about the kitties being chick magnets.I can remember I ended up with a girlfriend after showing my rabbit before .It probably it gives them the sign that you are caring kind of guy.It makes sense.

      Oh yeah I totally agree that I need to give them away as soon as possible.The problem is that it`s not working like that.You put them on the internet and sometimes people call,sometimes don`t.This are not the first kitties I have to deal with Not that I am a cat maniac (I am just a little bit) but just they don`t care if I want more kitties or not.They were too young for castration and then the problem had happened.They are more then 15 little kitties :O .... I really don`t know what I am going to do.I just don`t think about it for now But they are starting to walk so it`s going to be a mess around the house pritty soon.I can take a few pictures and post them here,because I need a pictures of them for the internet anyway.

      About the depressions:
      I really don`t know what to say.I think most people got this image of "future yourself"-something that you wanna look like( in every aspect).It`s a good thing because it gives you direction and goals in life...but some people got so much difference between this "future yourself" and your currant state,that it cause you just to "break".Or maybe I am just landing in planet reallity,after spending most of my life drinking,doing drugs and meaningless hanging out with friends.Now,when this things are gone,probably I am reallizing the hard reallity that I am just a looser.Just a nobody.And I am asking myself where to go from here.Who knows really...After spending some time alone with myself,I think that I don`t enjoy myself as a company if I can put it that way.I belive that I can be a better then this.

      How about you?What is the case with your depressions.Share some of your perspective?

        I am a bit lazy with my log.Currantly I had a day rest-Yesterday and PE Today.
        I have tried to do extender + 2 manual workouts during one day,but my penis felt bruised and I`ve decided to go other way.

        I am going to do 2 different days:
        DAY A:
        1.-Bundled stretches 4 sets x 30 sec
        -1 set of all 5 directions basic stretch- 90sec(each direction hold)
        -30 circles
        -100 side to side stretches

        DAY B:
        1.-Basic stretches 4 sets streight out,up,down(50sec) 2 sets for the right,1 for the left (90 sec hold on left and right,since it`s more comfortable to hold)
        2.-extender - I am going to do it aim for at least 1 hour.

        I am going to switching the days as following:
        A,B,A,rest,B,A,B 2 days rest.Then repeating the whole thing again.
        I am going to try to follow it strictly and eventually increesing the intensity.

        I am very happy with my PE gains so far.And I am very lucky for been here.I see great progress on lenght and overall penis improvement.I hope for everything to continue this way.

          I`ve done my A,B,A - Today is the rest day.Tomorrow I am starting B,A,B and then two days rest and measuring.

          Overall the new routine feels fine.I hope for some new gains soon.

          Recently I am switching from standing streight position to sitting on the edge of the chair,while stretching.I have always done the stretches standing,but sitting feels a lot better.Currently I am doing half of the sets streight and the other half sitting.While sitting my dick is a lot less resistant and it stretches more that way.

          For the bundled stretches I am using the front part of the extender (the part with the strap).It feels a lot easier that way,compared to hand grip.I am still little scared of those but they feel nice so far and no problems.

          Edging is 2x 15 minutes on average.

            Yesterday I did B workout (extender + basic stretches).
            Today I did half of my A routine.I don`t feel guilty about doing only the half.I was busy.

            The past two days I got problems with my sleep.I can`t get to fall asleep until 7 o`clock in the morning.Then I get up late and waste all day trying to wake up.Really sucks.I am starting to think that I might have low T levels.But I am hypochondric and 99 % of the times it turnes out to be false alarm and feel stupid after that.

            I was having a little mental crash yesterday,but I am fine now.

              Hello my friend. The good thing about your depression is those are all things you can work on. Quit the drinking and drugs. Go jogging or other workouts. Better clothes etc. You can do things you are interested in so you become a person you like to spend time with. I'm sorry you feel down, and I understand. Start from here and do whatever makes you feel better. Good luck.

                "Quit the drinking and drugs."- They are gone.It`s very rare to drink or to do drugs.I don`t wanna do it anymore and I don`t think about it.It`s very easy not to do this things now.I refuse the offers of drugs or liquor simply because I don`t want,not because I am trying to be "clear".I am not interested into this kind of things anymore and there is no "battle".It`s like asking me to eat my own shit.I don`t wanna do it

                Go jogging or other workouts"- I am doing cardio work on a havy bag and double end bag 2-4 times a week + 2-4 times weight training.I own some descent equipment. Oh and BTW I lost about an inch on my weist for this week very happy.Only I am affraid from losing power on the weightlifting.

                ou can do things you are interested in so you become a person you like to spend time with."- I am trying to do this as much as possible.I even got a "to do list" for me week,some goals.


                I think that I am much better recently.Less depressions and I even feel happy sometimes.I am a bit more possitive this days.


                I have finnished my routine and took 2 days off.My current size is 7 NBPEL inches with hips pushed. 6.771 inches(17.2cm) on the most strict way.I think that the new routine is working out great.I hope to see more soon.

                I am going to take few extra days rest because of bruising (tiny wound)-probably from edging or the extender.Who knows...I am going to wait a bit before doing my PE again,because it hurts.I hope that after 2-3 days max I am going to countinue with my PE.Also I got few things to do this week and I am not sure that am going to be able to do 2 PE workouts a day.I need to go to my dentist(not being there from 3 years ) and I got some nails problems and I am going to a doctor about that.I hope for some good and productive week.

                  Today is my second day of workout after the break(because of the bruising).Yesterday I did A and now I just finnishedB.I got one more A tomorrow and a day rest after that.

                  I was fine this week.Only today I had a minor depression but I am feeling better most of the time.

                    I did my A day yesterday.Today I got a free day on schedule but I did a workout-bundled stretches,basic stretches,circles and side to side.Also I did a lot of edging because I am feeling horny.I am need to resist ejaculation for 3 more days until the measuring day.I hope for some gains.

                        ooo what`s up man

                        Well the size is 17.2 NBPEL on the most strict way (standing tall,no pushing hips).I still got to measure the day after tomorrow so I hope to be a bit more.On BPEL I am 19,1 cm.
                        My girth is still 12.9 cm(emberresing) but I am not working on girth.I am thinking to start doing some girth work soon but I am going to push the lenght a bit first.
                        What`s up with you?How is your PE going on?

                          Yesterday I did my B routine and Today my A routine.Tomorrow one more B and after that 2 rest days/ejaculation/measurment and so on. I feel horny as fuck but I need just one more day.

                          Reminder-Buy some gauze and gloves for the fleshlight.

                            I am gaining, 0.5 so far, you can check in my album.Girth is 13.3 cm, and plan to gain up to 14 cm, but after I gain a little bit of girth.You have great length, I don`t think you need much more, go for girth after you gain some length

                              Thanks for the comment that my lenght is good,but I want much more When I think about it,it`s not bad but it`s far from "oohhh it`s so biggg" kind of reaction (Not that I have had sex in a while).I am going to aim for 7.5 NBPEL and probably more.I am a lenght kind of guy .I want my girth just over average,but I don`t want something huge there.But I want big lenght...it`s just my idea of having perfect penis and this is what I like . But yeah,I understand that my girth is still far worse then my lenght and I need to work more on this.Probably 14cm or even little less then this is going to be my goal for girth.

                              Two days ago I measured my girth and it looks like I got 1mm gain on girth.I had been staying at this annoying 12.9cm girth for so long...Now I am pritty sure that my girth is improving and I am finally 13 cm.It is probably from the bundled stretches.I totally forgot that they are girth exercise as well as lenght(from what I am reading here).I am doing those from less then a month.Still I am going to see if the girth gains continues with the bundled stretches only.Also I got 2 mm on lenght for a week and 2 days-Now I am 17.4cm NBPEL on the most strict way measurments.It looks like bundled stretches are working good so far.Or probably my new workout routine is also working good for me.I think doing workouts 2 times a day,more days in a week is a good approach, if you got some experience.


                              I did my last workout two days ago.Yesterday was rest day/ejaculation/measuring.Today is also rest day and I am probably going to start the cicle again the tomorrow.
