  • Rest day.
    Had a girth breakthrough today. Measured a solid 5.5 MEG! Over the last two days I have also been praticing erect kegels. Later today while edging I noticed I could not touch my thumb and pointer finger together which is a first. Pretty excited guys. A fter one week of my new routine I am already seeing positive results.

                • Had a first today...it took me nearly 15 minutes to get my extender on because during my warm up stretching exercise I got a semi-hard on and I couldn't get the head of my burrito in through the extender ring that slides down to the base! I was too thick! It's moments like those where your like, gawd PE is awesome! Not to mention the bulges in my pants walking around. Super excited about it all. Makes it all worth it.

                    • Finally having some girth breakthroughs. Now as a disclaimer I really haven't focused too much on girth in my exercises but have decided to pick it back up recently.

                      For those who frequent my progress log, here is reward...I call this the girth buster routine.

                      You must be conditioned (3 months of moderate PE experience)

                      Warm up (5-10min)
                      100 jelqs with Homemade Power Jelq

                      Up to 50 squeezes
                      5 min clamping session
                      10-15min start/stops and erect kegels
                      Warm down (5-10min)

                      Gradually increase reps and duration over time. Work out Mon., Wed., Fri. Rest on other days.

                      This routine ups the intensity with each exercise so that when you get to the clamping portion you will have maximum expansion. Edging helps lock in the effects and provides fresh blood flow. Your EQ should improve also! If anyone gives this a shot, let me know how it works for you.

                          Why thank you sir! They just need to hang lower... every once in a while I'll get a 4" hang. Jock is a bad influence on me lol.
