These are the supplements that I'm taking:
In the morning I take 1g of l-arginine and 500mg of l-lysine on empty stomach with either orange juice or water.
After a light snack I take ginkgo and swedish flower pollen extract in the morning.
After lunch I take two Volume Pills and swedish flower pollen.
After dinner I take swedish flower pollen.
Before bed I take 3 ZMA pills.
I normally take opti-men vitamins with meal but am currently out.
I also drink 2-3 cups of Steel Horse coffee during the week each day.
On ocassions I take maca powder as well.
Hey Burrito, can you please mention the purpose of each supplement, cause im thinking of adding relevant ones to my diet (like l-lysine). I am already taking L'arginine 500mg (thinking of increasing to 1mg per day) and B Complex.
Lysine helps tissue repair so you gain faster in theory. Gingko is for erection but wasn't very effective. Volume pills were for massive loads. Flower pollen was for orgasm intensity (works great). ZMA was for sleep and muscle recovery (also works great). Steel horse was for erections.
Going to get back into the swing of things starting tomorrow. There hasn't been a lot of stability in my life and that makes it hard to stick to a routine. My plan for this week is to do the JP90 stretches and extend each day. I may start later today but for sure tomorrow. Would love to squeeze in some power jelqs as well but I don't want to bite off too much. I'd rather do a few things well than do many things mediocre.

Thanks for that info. So I will be adding ZMA and lysine to my supplements. Couldnt find any info on steel horse, what is this exactly ?
It's a coffee that is supposed to improve blood flow among other healthy benefits tastes horrible on it's own but mix it with chocolate and it' not so bad lol. I think it is going to be discontinued though.
Did JP90 stretches. I would encourage anyone who is about to start extending to make a mental note of how far they were able to stretch doing the JP90 before and them after about 6 months extending try them again just to see how much farther they can reach.
